Printed copies have been distributed on tables throughout meeting room. Pink Ribbon Ride Geelong -.notice has been received about the Pink Ribbon Ride at Geelong on 02 October Details have been posted under Rides & Events on website. Rick & Ornella are now returned home. Still ongoing rehab but are back living in their own home. Victorian Breakfast Club Halls Gap seven WW members attended. Was a good ride even with the weather as it was. Good turnout with members from various branches, but in specific Central Murray branch in attendance. TREASURER S REPORT: Balance at 31 Aug 2016: $ A breakdown of all the accounts was reported to the meeting. See attachments for financial reports. 2 Cash Sales Aug 2016: $33.00 Westgate Wanderers Flags for motorcycles are now available for $10.00 each. RIDE COORDINATOR S REPORT: Rides and events for the next month are: Planned Club Ride to Healesville on 17 Sep 16 has been CANCELLED due to weather conditions. Will reorganise in future calendar. 08 Oct 16 Meet N Greet with Mornington Wanderers branch. They are visiting our tyrekick and if you are planning on attending lunch, please notify Ride Coordinator for numbers. Oct Club Ride Moto Café Carrum. This is being lead by Martin De Haas. Due to family circumstance this will need to be confirmed. SOCIAL COORDINATOR S REPORT:. WEBMISTRESS S REPORT: Updates to website includes Ride Calendar and Notices. Website may be down tonight due to server upgrades. GENERAL BUSINESS: Support Your Branch Raffle drawn at October branch meeting. 1 st Prize Big 4 Voucher, 2 nd Prize Shadowfax Winery Voucher, 3 rd Prize Caltex Fuel Voucher. Tickets will be $5.00 ea or 3 for $ November 2016 Moto Expo at Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Ulysses will have a stall, and will require volunteers to spend a couple of hours on the stall. Great way of seeing exhibition and promoting Ulysses. If interested, please contact Perry Stephens at Melbourne branch. Meet N Greet Swan Hill please see messages on website in regards to dinner bookings and location bars orders. It is important that we are notified of numbers.
