1 Department of Community Affairs Division of ire Safety LEA REGISTRY UNIORM IRE CODE ANNUAL REGISTRY IRST QUARTER 2015 Attached is a roster listing the Local Enforcing Agencies (LEAs) responsible for enforcing the Uniform ire Code within the State of New Jersey as required under (N.J.A.C.5:70-1 et seq.) as of December 31, During the year 2015, we will publish three cumulative updates to this Registry consisting solely of changes. Although local jurisdiction is not effective until publication of an Annual or Quarterly Registry, we may assume jurisdiction at any time. Therefore, if jurisdiction is of concern, please call (609) for confirmation. The next deadline for changes to the Registry is March 31, After that date, a Second Quarterly Update will be published in April If there are any changes in jurisdiction, change of ire Official or LEA information, please send written notification to: N.J.
