1 DSWD DROMIC Terminal Report on Tropical Storm BASYANG (I.N. SANBA) 06 April 2018, 3PM This is the final report on Tropical Storm Basyang which entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on 11 February 2018, at around 1100H. It dissipated into a Tropical Depression and left the PAR on 16 February 2018, 1100H. 1. Status of Affected Families / Persons 61,273 families or 255,470 persons were affected in 551 barangays in Regions MIMAROPA, VI, VII, VIII, and CARAGA (see Table 1; Annex A for details). Table 1.
