SANBA) 06 April 2018, 3PM This is the final report on Tropical Storm Basyang which entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on 11 February 2018, at around 1100H. It dissipated into a Tropical Depression and left the PAR on 16 February 2018, 1100H. 1. Status of Affected Families / Persons 61,273 families or 255,470 persons were affected in 551 barangays in Regions MIMAROPA, VI, VII, VIII, and CARAGA (see Table 1; Annex A for details). Table 1.
