1 201D- 335 BOARD OF EQUALIZATION SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA RESOLUTION SETTING LEVY OF TAXES WHEREAS, by virtue of Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec (Reissue 2009), the Board is required by law to levy the taxes necessary for all political subdivisions within the County; and, WHEREAS, levies have been certified to the Sarpy County Clerk by those entities required to do so by Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec (2009 Supp.), as shown on the attached Exhibit "AU and further, WHEREAS, the Sarpy County Agricultural Society has submitted a budget requiring a lower levy than the final levy allocation previously approved by this Board and agreement to this levy change is required by both parties and, WHEREAS, it has been represented to the Sarpy County Clerk that all special hearing, publication and notice requirements have been met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SARPY COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION the taxes for the current year, , are hereby levied at the rate set for the various political subdivisions as shown on the attached Exhibit "A.u BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board's Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution to the Sarpy County Assessor for proper transcribing of such levy of taxation to the Tax Commissioner.
