7 The Human Resources Department consists of the following: Angie Gooding, HR Director Extension 418 Lizzie Richards, HR Assistant Extension 318 Angie has been with Sunset Home for 8 months and Lizzie has been here for 4 months. The HR Department oversees many aspects of employment with Sunset Home recruiting and staffing, onboarding and retention, personnel record keeping, administration of benefits, policy development and implementation, employee relations, and Worker s Compensation to name a few. As we continue to develop into our roles at Sunset Home, we are striving to make this the best place to work. Olay! A trip to Mexico for our Haven residents margaritas & tacos, sombreros & maracas!
