4 I. General Information Titisee is the name of the lake and the village. It is a Certified Climatic Health Resort. The lake is a remainder of the once huge glacier which covered this area thousands of years ago The lake has an altitude of 850m above sea level; 2km long; 1km wide and about 45m deep The air in the surrounding is clean and pollution free and has allergy relief climate certification Outdoor activities such as hiking and walking in this region have a healing impact to lung related ailments. The lake water is also well known for its drinking water quality

5 II. Tax Refund Procedures Option 1: We offer either an immediate tax refund of 15% to the clients in the shop. The VAT forms are given to the tour managers for stamping when leaving the European Union and must be dropped into the Post Office Mail boxes see colour chart/link for EU countries enclosed or these can be brought back personally to the office. OR Option 2: We can offer Global Blue Tax Refund this means that the tax refund will be transferred to the client s credit card or paid in cash at the Global Blue outlets approx. 11% (this is less fees from Global Blue). III. Contact Data Important for all tour leaders the name-list with passport numbers must be sent in advance!!! Name of the tour leader Date of arrival in Titisee Name and passport numbers of all guests

6 Registration of tour manager and group arrival: Please send to: All meal bookings and passport lists, with date of arrival and name of tour leader, should be sent in advance to the following or WhatsApp / WeChat: We will then key in all names and passport numbers into our system so that when the group arrives, the guests just have to show their passport when shopping and the tax refund forms can be issued with the correct details. All tour mangers should come to the Check-out office/public Relations office before departure. Lunch/dinner/ wine-tasting bookings Please phone or send via to: reservation@drubba.com or WhatsApp / WeChat: Boat-trip We offer all clients a scenic boat-trip on Lake Titisee in the summer months from April till October when the group comes for lunch, dinner and shopping. We recommend a minimum stay of 4 hours if you would like the full programme.
