The Resort is 25 minutes by speedboat or 12 miles/ 20 km from the Male Airport (on the island of Hulhule). TRANSPORTATION: CLIMATE: ACCOMMODATION: A 25-minute airport transfer in a speed boat is available at US$ per adult and US$87.50 per child aged between 4 to 12 years, subject to 10% service charge. Roundtrip transportation is complimentary for infants (0 to 3 years). Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The year is divided into two periods, iruvai, the dry season which runs from December to March, and hulhangu, the wetter period which runs from May to November. Transitional periods in mid-april and late November are typically very calm with exceptional clear water. The average maximum temperature is remarkably consistent throughout the year at 86 F/ 30 C. Set amidst a vibrant garden island favoured for its Maldivian village setting and legendary Four Seasons service, the resort s 96 luxuriously appointed pavilions and bungalows combine a generous use of timber and thatch with modern tropical furnishings and comforts.

3 Page 3 Beach Pavilion with pool (25 units, Interior: 45m², Exterior: 62m²) The entry level of accommodation is the Beach Pavilion with pool. It comprises a bedroom, an indoor bath and an outdoor courtyard with a Maldivian openair shower set in the exotic confines of its own walled garden. The Beach Pavilions are slightly set back from the beach for additional privacy yet offer easy access to it. Beach Bungalow with pool (32 units, Interior: 63m², Exterior: 82m²) Just steps from the beach, the Beach Bungalow comprises a private sanctuary set within a garden of mature palms and tropical flowers. The larger-sized bedroom and living and bathroom pavilion with openair shower courtyard lead to an extensive outdoor area with an infinity plunge pool and gazebo. The surrounding foliage provides seclusion whilst retaining direct beach access. Royal Beach Villa (1 unit, Interior: 197m², Exterior: 256 m²) The epitome of gracious, beach-side comfort, the twobedroom villa features a well-appointed living room positioned between two bedrooms. Adjacent to each bedroom is a separate dressing area and spacious outdoor garden shower. The indoor living and dining area opens onto an enormous outdoor space with private sundeck, infinity-edged pool and gazebo. The surrounding tropical garden is furnished with a shaded day-bed and undholi (wooden swing). The Royal Beach Villa has also its own private stretch of beach with sun lounges and an additional private gazebo, ideal for breakfast, sunset cocktails or a romantic dinner. Water Bungalow (32 units, Interior: 61m², Exterior: 39m²) Dipping its feet into crystal waters, the Water Bungalow has an entrance lobby and a spacious bedroom with unbroken views of the sea. The dressing room leads to an enlarged bath overlooking the lagoon and an outdoor courtyard with a Maldivian open-air shower. Each has a private sundeck with steps that lead to the turquoise lagoon and a sea level fresh water shower.

4 Page 4 Navaranna Water Bungalow (4 units, Interior: 91m², Exterior: 55m²) These expansive, luxurious bungalows have extensive outdoor living space as well as beautifully-appointed interiors with wrap-around views of the sea viewed through floor to ceiling windows. In addition to the main bedroom and bathroom with open-air shower courtyard, a separate living room with a sofa and adjoining shower room offers flexibility for families. Two-bedroom Water Bungalow (2 units, Interior: 173 m², Exterior: 99 m²) The Two-bedroom Water Bungalow consist of a king and a twin-bedded room each with separate dressing areas, bathrooms and outdoor showers. A shared living and dining area overlooks the extensive private sundeck, from which steps lead to a lower platform with sea access and feature shower. BUNGALOW FEATURES & AMENITIES: All bungalows are equipped with high-speed internet access, digital telephone lines, 32 to 42 inch plasma TV and DVD entertainment system. Deluxe bathroom amenities include thick, absorbent towels, make-up/ shaving mirror, hair dryer, pure cotton robes and slippers, and superior quality bath toiletries. In-room safes provide secure storage for personal valuables. Crisp 100% cotton bed sheets, air conditioning, overhead fans, and refreshments from the private bar add to the feeling of cool comfort in every bungalow.

5 Page 5 RESTAURANTS : Café Huraa Café Huraa has two dining pavilions overlooking the pool and lagoon. For breakfast, guests can look forward to an extensive buffet of Asian and Continental specialities, exotic fruits, freshly baked breads and pastries. Lunch consists of an a la carte menu of salads, sandwiches, catch of the day, noodles and rice. Dinner embraces Asian fare with an emphasis on regional specialities. The popular theme nights offer tantalising specialities. The restaurant has a wine cellar that boast an exclusive selection of the finest handpicked wines. Baraabaru The stunning Baraabaru restaurant which serves fine Indian cuisine is fashioned with an outdoor deck that extends 25 metres into the lagoon, providing an exquisite dining experience perched over water. There is also an exclusive private dining pavilion for special occasions. The restaurant s interior is an opulent combination of bright colours and spectacular lightings. Adding to the ambience is a Tandoor Bar where one can view the chefs in action. Open for dinner only, Baraabaru serves Indian specialties including different styles of kebabs, various kinds of bread, korma and makni curries and authentic dumsteamed biryani. Reef Club Reef Club serves classic Italian fine-dining. The restaurant is located away from the buzz of the main pool area, at the southern end of the island, with excellent sunset views. Dining is available outdoors on a wooden deck or under a thatched roof pavilion. A few tables are situated directly in the sand. For lunch, the emphasis is on seafood and homemade pastas, antipasti buffets, salads, pizzas and original Italian gelati for a light and casual meal in the sun.

6 Page 6 Huraa Barbecue Located adjacent to the main pool, Huraa Barbecue is open for dinner, serving fresh catch of the day as well as choice meats, salads and side dishes from an open kitchen pavilion. Sunset Lounge Located next to the lobby, the Sunset Lounge provides the perfect start to the evening, serving an extensive selection of cocktails against the backdrop of a stunning Maldivian sunset. This open-sided pavilion overlooks the jetty and offers great views of the Island Spa. Music enhances the relaxed, informal atmosphere while a billiard table and parlour games provide entertainment. Poolside Terrace & Bar The swim-up poolside bar serves a wide range of cocktails and juices with snacks available throughout the day on the adjacent terrace. The Terrace offers an exceptional lounging experience with excellent service and attention to detail. Several gazebos around the pool provide shade by day and romantic dining venues by night. IN-BUNGALOW SERVICE: DIVING: Breakfast, lunch, dinner or between-meal snacks are served in each bungalow's dining area, overlooking the lagoon. The menu is available 24 hours and can cater to any request, from a sunrise champagne breakfast to a romantic beach and sandbank candlelight dinner to a Robinson Crusoe picnic and private parties of any size. Maldives is known internationally as one of the world s best dive destinations. A large number of excellent dive sites are located within minutes of the Resort. The Resort operates its own PADI licensed Dive Centre which boasts a team of experienced, multi-lingual diving instructors who conduct courses to improve diving knowledge and skill. International certification is issued by arrangement with PADI. The Dive Centre is also fully equipped with both Nitrox and Air facilities.

Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is the only luxury resort in the Maldives to offer a dedicated surf school. Operated by Tropicsurf (Noosa, Australia), the school runs certified courses for beginners, surf clinic and escorted surf excursions for experienced surfers. WATER SPORT CENTRE: THE GYM: SWIMMING POOL: THE ISLAND SPA: The Water Sport Centre offers a wide range of group and individual activities. Non-motorized activities are complimentary and include kayaking, snorkelling, windsurfing, single sail and catamaran sailing. Lessons in windsurfing and sailing can be given by VDWS certified instructors on request. Additional motorized activities such as water-skiing, parasailing, banana-boating and fun tube are available at a charge. The gym overlooks the lagoon, providing an inspiring view whilst exercising. It is equipped with state-ofthe-art cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing and step machines, each with a personal TV and headphones. There are also separate changing rooms for men and women with shower facilities and toiletries. The Resort's fresh water infinity pool has been designed in harmony with its tropical setting. A shallow wading pool stretches into a free-form pool that extends right to the edge of the lagoon. There is also a separate children s pool. 8 Page 8 RECREATION CENTRE: The Recreation Centre offers a wide selection of engaging family activities including nature walks, marine lectures, windsurfing, waterskiing (skis for 6 years and above), fishing, guided reef snorkelling, island excursions, kayaking, cooking classes and table tennis. On the second floor of the Recreation Centre, the relaxing Mathige Lounge has both indoor and outdoor seating pavilions. Inside, the air-conditioned pavilion is furnished with comfy sofas, plasma TV, books, magazines and board games. Guests who need a partner for table tennis, darts or carom can be paired with a suitable opponent by the Recreation Centre staff. KUDA MAS KIDS CLUB: As part of the Kids for All Seasons programme, the Kuda Mas Kids Club gives young guests from 4 to 12 years of age the opportunity to learn more about the Maldivian island way of life through a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, creative crafts and games. Children can take part in their own dedicated yoga sessions, go snorkelling with a Marine Biologist or join in a range of creative activities from cooking classes to making and flying kites. THE LIBRARY: Next to the Sunset Lounge, the bright and spacious air-conditioned library features a great selection of books in many languages available on loan, as well as a selection of international magazines and newspapers. The Library is also home to the Marine Biology team and has a long table and comfortable seating areas where educational Fishtalk briefings and presentations are given to interested guests. The Library is also available as a meeting venue for corporate retreats. A meeting package that includes room set-up, audio visual equipment, tea/coffee breaks and lunch, as well as a meeting butler on stand by throughout the meeting is available at the resort. 9 Page 9 LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: The Maldives offer a variety of interesting excursions. From the nearby island of Bodu Huraa (big island) with its ancient tradition of building dhonis (handcrafted wooden boats) to the capital of Male where 70,000 inhabitants occupy a land mass of 1km by 2km there is plenty to keep the adventurous explorer entertained. The Grand Friday Mosque with its towering minaret dominates the skyline, and the sheer number of smaller mosques is amazing. The National Museum showcases some of the past sultans riches, as well as archaeological finds. There is a colourful market and many tea houses serving Indian teas and sweet cakes. The Resort also features day trips to secluded neighbouring and distant islands for off-site dining or water activities such as diving, snorkelling and sunning in the private waters of your own desert island. IMMIGRATION: All visitors to the Maldives must possess a valid passport with a limitation date of 6 months and return air ticket. A complimentary 30 days tourist visa will be issued upon arrival. No alcohol may be brought into the country. Liquor found will be held for guest and collected on departure at the airport.
