An individual can hold membership for the duration of a day, month or year. Hotel guests gain complimentary admission for the length of their stay. Here both residents and non-residents alike can enjoy a comprehensive range of colour, cut and hair care services or a totally bespoke package. Moreover, as befitting someone who has been at the forefront of the organic beauty movement since 2002, every product Daniel uses here is 100% organic. Daniel is available by private appointment and he has personally chosen and trained each member of his team thereby ensuring that the same high standards of creativity and skill are offered across the board. COLOURING Daniel s colouring skills have seen him become a favourite of everyone from movie stars and musicians to royalty. The Lanesborough salon offers a selection of treatments, all designed to enhance a client s natural beauty, colour and skin tone. Signature treatments for men include the Silver Fox, whereby a client s natural colour is weaved back into the hair, reducing the grey by up to 50%. The Club Lounge is an inviting and comfortable area serving breakfast and all-day dining. The breakfast menu offers both high energy and low calorie alternatives, and includes specialist dishes designed by our team. The all-day dining menu is designed to cater for both beauty and health members and energetic and sporty members. 32 Club and Spa ETIQUETTE 30 The Lanesborough Club & Spa revels in exceeding members expectations. Staff will happily tailor services in the pursuit of members satisfaction. In return, guests are asked to adhere to the following polite behaviour. OPERATING HOURS Standard opening hours are as follows: 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday; 7am to 9pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Treatments are available from: 9am to 9pm Weekdays 9am to 8pm Weekends On occasion, the availability of facilities and services may be restricted. At such times all efforts will be made to inform guests in advance. RESERVATIONS Guests can make reservations by , telephone or in person. Advanced bookings are recommended to guarantee preferred times and dates. A credit card or a membership card is required at the time of booking. ARRIVAL Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time to familiarise themselves with the facilities and complete a consultation. This time allows for guests to change in comfort and complete any consultation. Guests are asked to switch off mobile telephones and appreciate that late arrival cannot be accommodated. CANCELLATIONS A reservation can only be cancelled and/or rescheduled with 24-hours notice. Any alteration to a reservation without 24-hours notice will result in the treatment being charged in full. HYDRO-POOL AND COMFORT ZONE Guests are asked to shower before using the hydro-pool and to wear appropriate bathing attire at all times. Outdoor shoes and all food are barred from the pool area. Pool-side drinks and snacks can be ordered from the pool menu. Members enjoy unlimited access to the hydro-pool whereas nonmembers must purchase a day membership or spa treatment. Restrictions apply.

33 THERMAL SUITES Members benefit from exclusive and unlimited access to the thermal suites. Non-members must purchase a day pass to use the facilities. The cost of a day pass is reduced if a treatment of 60 minutes or more is taken. Appropriate bathing attire must be worn at all times. Shaving and exfoliating is strictly forbidden. Restrictions apply. RELAXATION ROOM The relaxation room is provided as a pre-treatment quiet and contemplation area. Guests are asked to keep noise and disruption to a minimum. Consequently, the use of mobile telephones is not permitted. PREGNANCY Specific treatments are available for expectant and nursing mothers, and members of staff are able and willing to advise mothers. It is, however, the policy of The Lanesborough Club & Spa not to recommend spa treatments within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. ALLERGIES AND NUTS It is important to highlight that, on occasion, nuts are served within The Lanesborough Club & Spa. Guests are asked to communicate any known allergies at the time of booking. GIFT VOUCHERS The Lanesborough Club & Spa staff are on hand to advise guests interested in purchasing gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment. AGE RESTRICTIONS The Lanesborough Club & Spa serves guests in the best tradition of private members clubs. Subsequently, children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to use the facilities. Children under the age of 18 years may be required to sign a waiver for treatment services.
