Susan Adeline Suits-Wimberly, (General Wimberly's wife), raised her. General Wimberly was no longer alive at this point and time, (1899). Susan Adeline was helped in the raising of my Grandmother (Bettie Wimberly) by her daughters, Maggie Wimberly and Rosie Wimberly.
