6 GETTING READY CHECK YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION If you have any questions, please call Reservations at Hours: 6 am to 6 pm weekdays, 6 am to 3 pm weekends (UTC+2). TRAVELING TO KAPLANKAYA The closest airport to Kaplankaya is the Milas- Bodrum International Airport, which provides direct flights to and from Istanbul and other cities in Turkey, as well as many European cities including Amsterdam, Baku, Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Munich, Paris and St. Petersburg. Availability changes with season. From the airport, your transportation options include a 10- minute helicopter ride, motor yacht cruise (15- minute drive to Güllük, 15- minute cruise), or car service a scenic 45- minute drive. Please call ahead to our Concierge at to arrange your transportation. ARRIVE EARLY TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR STAY You may arrive as early as 8 am. Please keep in mind that your room may not be ready until 3 pm, so if you plan to arrive earlier, we suggest that you pack sports clothes, swimwear and appropriate shoes in your carry- on bag. You may use the locker room to change and get an early start on the day s activities. It s also the perfect time to meet with a Program Advisor. 8 PACKING FOR YOUR STAY Kaplankaya enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate. The average high temperature in winter is 15 degrees Celsius (59 Fahrenheit), and in summer 34 degrees Celsius (93 Fahrenheit), with very sunny spells. Summers are hot and humid perfect beach weather and winters are mild and mostly sunny. Because of our active and informal environment, we suggest that you leave your valuables at home. Canyon Ranch does not provide safe deposit for items valued over 100. When you check in, you ll receive a refillable water bottle and tote bag to use and take home with you. You ll also receive a copy of This Week at Canyon Ranch a schedule of activities. We suggest you don t forget your swimsuit, hiking boots, comfortable workout wear, outdoor and casual clothes, practical footwear, a hat and sunglasses. We also recommend you consult with a Program Advisor regarding what else you might need during your vacation. Don t worry if you forget something our Canyon Ranch Essentials boutique and other resort shops are just steps away. 9 AT YOUR SERVICE THE LIVING ROOM The Living Room is located two levels down from the Reception Lobby. It is a casual area where you will find the resort s Concierge, and where you can unwind and browse our collection of contemporary literature, including guidebooks about Kaplankaya and regional attractions. Complimentary high- speed internet access is available throughout this space. There are two desktop computer workstations for your use, with color printer access. The Concierge can assist you with your business needs. CONCIERGE Our Concierge is present daily to assist in planning excursions away from Canyon Ranch, including scuba diving, guided trips to Bodrum and archeological sites, boat tours and charters. The Concierge is also ready to assist in booking guest transportation, printing boarding passes, and sending mail and faxes. Guests may also visit the Concierge to borrow from The Living Room s wide selection of books. We encourage guests to take an orientation tour of the property. Please stop by the Concierge desk or call Ext to schedule your tour. 7

10 RESORT GUIDELINES We have a few requests to help everyone enjoy a safe and pleasant vacation. Muscle shirts, bathing suits and bathrobes are not permitted in the Sage + Sea restaurant; shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Smoking cigarettes and e- cigarettes is permitted only in designated outdoor, nonpublic areas. Smoking cigars or pipes is prohibited. No tobacco products are available for purchase. If you smoke in your room, you will be assessed a cleaning and deodorizing charge. Alcohol is not served or permitted in any public areas and is not available for purchase at Canyon Ranch restaurants or through room service. Children must be at least 14 years old to stay in the hotel and Ridge Rooms. Guests traveling with younger children may consider a villa rental. Additional age restrictions may apply to specific services and activities (see Teen Services and Activities for Kids for more information). Ask your Reservations Specialist or Program Advisor for details. If you plan to bring your dog, you must make arrangements in advance by calling Reservations. Canyon Ranch does not permit dogs weighing more than 5 kilograms (11 pounds), except for service animals. For your safety and as a courtesy to other guests, please do not enter classes more than five minutes late. Please avoid wearing perfume or cologne in public areas of the resort and during outdoor activities. You must cancel at least four hours before any appointment to avoid being charged in full. Please stop by Program Advising to cancel, or call Ext Sometimes services and activities must be canceled due to inclement weather; please call Program Advising to check that your service is still scheduled during these times. Cellphone Etiquette at Canyon Ranch As a courtesy to all guests, talking on mobile phones is permitted only in your private room, on your patio, and in designated areas. Please keep all mobile devices on silent and be mindful of others when using them. 8

Whenever possible, we serve seasonal and locally grown organic produce, humanely raised hormone- and antibiotic- free meats and sustainably caught or raised seafood. We constantly monitor the latest research on wholesome ingredients and healthy eating, and do our best to ensure that there are no additives, gums, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, or highly processed sweeteners or fats in the wonderful meals you enjoy here. 12 SPA, SALON & FITNESS CENTER SPA The extensive Spa facilities include tranquil, relaxing treatment spaces for individuals and couples, indoor and outdoor aquatic exercise pools, saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy pools, hamam chambers for men and women, exotic showers, salt grotto, and heated lounge area. FITNESS CENTER The Fitness Center provides technologically advanced equipment and on- site exercise physiologists and physiotherapists who can address any wellness issue. Facilities include Technogym cardio and weight machines and group and private studios for cycling, yoga, Pilates and more. SALON Expert stylists and the stunning Aegean Sea view make any visit to our Salon a memorable experience. You ll find an array of beauty services including sophisticated hairstyling, luxurious manicures and pedicures, as well as makeup consultations, lessons and makeovers. LOCATION The Spa, Salon and Fitness Center are on Level 2 of the main resort complex. Access is via the elevator or the stairs located at the Level 1 outer entry doors, adjacent to the Sage + Sea restaurant. HOURS Facilities: 6 am to 10 pm Spa Treatments: 9 am to 9 pm Salon: 10 am to 7 pm SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT To schedule an appointment, please consult with a Program Advisor. Call Ext from your room phone, or from outside the resort. PRICES & GRATUITY All prices are quoted in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities are at your own discretion. CANCELLATION POLICY The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. If you would like to change or cancel your appointment time, please notify the spa at least four hours prior to the 10

13 scheduled service. Failure to do so will incur the full charge of treatment. For packages or groups of four or more, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance or the full cost of treatments will apply. HOW TO SPA You are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment in order to change, relax, enjoy the exclusive Aquavana facilities, and prepare your mind and body for a sublime spa experience. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. The full charge will be applied; however, as a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled. Resort guests are invited to arrive at the Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in their room. Please leave valuables in your room safe. Separate men s and women s locker rooms are also available, featuring large private showers, spacious wet and dry vanity grooming areas, toilets, private changing rooms and spa attendants on hand. The Spa will provide you with robe and slippers if you need them; also, towels, shower caps and other amenities for use during your visit. Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests right to privacy and serenity. In view of this, the Spa prohibits smoking and the use of mobile phones and pagers. 11

Complimentary use of non- motorized water sports equipment is available; guests must be 18 or older to sign out equipment. 17 TEEN SERVICES & ACTIVITIES (ages 14 17) Canyon Ranch welcomes guests ages when accompanied by a parent or guardian. As you experience all the exciting activities here from fitness classes and yoga to water sports and luxurious spa services you ll enjoy an amazing vacation! Please note that the accompanying parent or guardian must sign a consent form and book all services for guests under 18, and an adult must be present for most services. Fitness and outdoor sports activities are available, based on your fitness level as well as your physical size and abilities. Ask your Program Advisor for more information, and don t forget to check out This Week at Canyon Ranch. All hotel and villa guests ages must be accompanied by an adult in order to use the sports equipment. We recommend that guests ages 14 17, along with the parent or guardian, meet with a Canyon Ranch Program Advisor at the beginning of each stay for guidance and suggestions on making the most of your experience. Guidelines for Teen Services Lightweight, loose clothing must be worn for teen services (or swimwear for water activities). The parent or guardian must be present for teen services unless otherwise indicated on our Teen Services Menu. If a teen is the only one who signs up for a group workshop, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All teen services must be booked by the parent or guardian. 15

18 ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS (ages 13 and under) KIDS CLUB The main resort property, including the Spa and restaurants, are open to adults only; children under 14 are not permitted. However, children of Kaplankaya Canyon Ranch Living residents and families renting the villas can enjoy the facilities and services at Kücük Bay and the Kids Club. Canyon Ranch created the Kids Club as a safe, fun place where children can socialize, explore, learn and play. Each of the fully supervised activities relates to wellness, providing a rich, memorable experience for children and parents alike. Meals and snacks are provided. Facilities include a swimming pool with rock climbing, organic garden and amphitheater. 16
