3 Country Club Membership In addition to full use of the facilities Country Club members receive: A choice of either seven guest passes to be used in each calendar year, or a voucher for dinner, bed and breakfast for two guests at Chewton Glen worth 700 A complimentary Privilege Card, worth 50, which entitles you to: 10% discount on all food and beverage items in the spa and hotel complimentary room hire when booking a private dining event 10% discount on spa treatments and retail products 10% discount on special events 10% discount on items purchased in the hotel boutique and spa shop celebration vouchers for two glasses of Champagne and box of hand made chocolates. 12 months membership 2402 plus initial joining fee of 370

5 Flex & Fit Membership In addition to full use of the award winning spa facilities, as a Flex & Fit member you receive seven guest passes per year and a complimentary Privilege Card which entitles you to: 10% discount on all food and beverage items in the spa and hotel complimentary room hire when dining privately 10% discount on spa treatments and retail products 10% discount on special events 10% discount on items purchased in the hotel boutique and spa shop celebration vouchers for two glasses of Champagne and box of hand made chocolates. After one year of membership, the seven guest passes may be exchanged for an overnight stay including dinner, bed and breakfast. Flex & Fit membership is paid monthly by direct debit. 12 monthly payments of 215 plus initial joining fee of 370
