2 Commenting at the Public Hearing Individuals wishing to speak at the public hearing must register. Individuals will be called in the order they are registered. Comments are limited to 3 minutes to assure that all have the opportunity to comment; additional written comments can be submitted following the hearing. Questions and comments will be responded to in writing. Comments and responses will be posted on the RGRTA website. All verbal and written comments will be included in the public record.

4 Route 10 & 15 Project Purpose & Goals Enhance customer experience by increasing reliability Increase customer connections to desired destinations Address consistent increased ridership for Route 10 Reduce customers being passed up due to full buses Improve RTS On Time Performance Evaluate Route 15 due to geographical overlap with Route 10 (North of Ridge Road). Identify specific low ridership areas on Route 15

5 Route 10 Service Challenges Constant increase in overall ridership Boardings in February 2011 = 116,000 customers Boardings in February 2012 = 131,000 customers Increase in customer pass ups Decrease in On-Time Performance City of Rochester Street Improvement Program on Dewey Avenue Opening of New Walmart Supercenter at Northgate Plaza

7 Route 10 & 15 Customer Outreach On bus surveys conducted by RTS Customer Service Representative Customers responded favorably to having consistent service to the New Walmart at Northgate Plaza Customers expressed a desire to be connected to retail destinations at Mt. Read Blvd. & Maiden Lane Ted B. A valued Route 10 Customer

18 Moving Forward RGRTA Board of Commissioners will review all comments at May 2012 meeting. Pending board approval, proposed route structures will be changed June 25, Customers will be notified of new route structures, if approved.
