2 Commenting at the Public Hearing Individuals wishing to speak at the public hearing must register. Individuals will be called in the order they are registered. Comments are limited to 3 minutes to assure that all have the opportunity to comment; additional written comments can be submitted following the hearing. Questions and comments will be responded to in writing. Comments and responses will be posted on the RGRTA website. All verbal and written comments will be included in the public record.

4 Route 10 & 15 Project Purpose & Goals Enhance customer experience by increasing reliability Increase customer connections to desired destinations Address consistent increased ridership for Route 10 Reduce customers being passed up due to full buses Improve RTS On Time Performance Evaluate Route 15 due to geographical overlap with Route 10 (North of Ridge Road). Identify specific low ridership areas on Route 15
