1 Visit: Aventure in Ecuador Quito Antisana Baños Puyo Riobamba Alausi Train DAY 1 ORIGIN QUITO, ECUADOR Welcome at the airport of Quito, and then transfer in to our Hotel. At Night Touristic route along the most important areas of the city, shopping centers and Zona Rosa "La Mariscal" where most of the hotels in Quito are located. Continue towards the historic center to visit its churches and major landmarks, explore each of its corners at your own pace from the door of your hotel, enjoying deeply those topics that are of interest: music, architecture, living cultures, gastronomy, handicrafts, photography, shopping, watching tourist attractions and unique landscapes. Includes: Dinner Hostal Villa Nancy o Posada de Maple DAY 2 QUITO Departure to the Pichincha active volcano for an altitude acclimatization hiking. Ascension to the top meters, 5 hours hike. Magnificent view over the crater, box lunch. Return to Quito in the afternoon. Hotel in Quito Includes: Breakfast Box Lunch - Dinner Hostal Villa Nancy Posada de Maple DAY 3 ANTISANA This is a spectacular day trip out of Quito to the volcano Antisana, the fourth in altitude in Ecuador, covered with glaciers and snow, and the surrounding Ecological Reserve. After about an hour's drive southeast from Quito (60 kilometers, the climb and spectacular scenery on Antisana begins with close-up views of a massive glacial moraine, dating back to 11,000 year ago, jagged rocky peaks and a vast sweep of paramo vegetation above the tree line. The first stop is for an overview of the impressive lava flow at Antisanilla, and the next one to admire an incredibly huge wall of cliffs across a narrow canyon, where condors can be seen

2 fairly regularly, as they breed here. They are usually seen soaring up near the highest peaks, a great distance away. Up in the paramo (at about 12,000 ft. elevation) several stops are made to walk about on level ground and observe the beautiful but small paramo flowers hugging the ground among the lichens and paramo straw: yellow composites, gentians, red Indian paintbrush, orchids and chuquiraguas. Around the many paramo lakes and ponds you can observe the glacial morraines and birds in both a diversity of species and individual abundance of most of them such as the highly endangered Black-faced Ibis, Cinereous Conebills, Andean Teal, Andean Lapwings, many Carunculated Caracaras, Black Wing Doves, and the Siskin. Some fisherman are allowed to fish for large trout in certain montane lakes of the area, from where part of Quito's water supply comes from. After lunch, drive back to Quito amid breathtaking settings. Entrance fee to Antisana Reserve is US$ 2.00 per person. For your better enjoyment please take note of the following: Warm clothing is needed. It is quite windy, consider gloves and ear protection. Sunblock (SPF 40). Good walking shoes. Camera (wide angle lens). Binoculars. Sunglasses. Altitude: 2800 to 4000 meters ( ,120 feet) Average Temperature Day: 5 to 20 C (40 to 68 F) Hostal Villa Nancy Posada de Maple DAY 4 QUILOTOA - BAÑOS Breakfast very early to take the Panamerican Highway, enjoying the beautiful scenery, we travel about three hours to reach the Laguna de Quitoloa. Before reaching our destination we will make a mandatory stop to visit the town of Saquisili, where we find a variety of exquisite handicrafts of indigenous communities in the region. Later, after crossing the indigenous community of Zumbahua, we will go to our main objective, the population of Quilotoa, we will stop to enjoy a delicious lunch and continue our journey, for a walk of about 50 minutes, until the extinct Quilotoa where we will get a spectacular view of the lagoon, ideal for recording when the best pictures of the place.

3 When you reach the end, we now walking near water. If desired, you can rent to people in the community few small boats to sail in the lake. Later we will go to the top of the lagoon, on mules or donkeys, or if you want just walking. The time to do it is about 40 min. When you reach the top you can buy some crafts in the craft market, the community, finally we will go to Baños and rest. Sangay Spa DAY 5 BAÑOS The Rafting tour begins Baños where we will give the necessary for this activity team which consists of a wetsuit wetsuits (Warmth), sweater for rain or wind, full helmet protection, life vest full floatation (cheked by the USA MARINE) and shoes. Then travel 40 minutes to the Pastaza River where the guide will instruct us about rowing commands, safety commands, we will practice and then enter the river. The descent takes about two hours in which we enjoy good scenery and rapids. You can also take pictures or film the descent. Eventually we expect a lunch, take the shuttle and return to the city of Bath Sangay Spa DAY 6 BAÑOS - PUYO After serve our delicious breakfast, we will enjoy this tour, take the road to Puyo, and we will make several stops to explore the waterfalls in the area, visit the waterfall first Agoyán, continue to the Manto de la Novia waterfall where we will pass the incredible experience of crossing the longest cable car in the world. Then we head to Green River, site of the incredible Pailón Devil, considered one of the ten largest jump is. Sangay Spa DAY 7 PUYO - RIOBAMBA We visit de ZOO in Puyo and we will see the wild life of Amazon region then we eat a typical food and then we continue to OMAERE where we will learn about the traditional houses of these ancient people and we see the native plants of this region.

4 Then we will travel to Riobamba City, check in in our hotel rest and night a city tour in the city, dinner and end of the activities. Rio Hotel DAY 8 ALAUSI - TRAIN On an adventure to the edge of the mountain, with the nerves to the skin down the train zigzag through continuous progress and setbacks, getting down the slope huge rock called the Devil's Nose. Devil's Nose is a massive rock shaped nose whose slopes run the train to reach a point where you have to go back and forward in Zig-Zag, and descend 100 meters. 5 DAY 10 MINDO PUERTO QUITO Early in the morning depart from Quito to Mindo bound, as we proceed we will enjoy the changes in vegetation, once in Mindo we will move the cable car crossing, located at 530 meters high, will travel Ecological Path, enjoying a unique landscape, until you reach the waterfall Nambillo, which invite us to enjoy a delicious bath. Continuing our tour we return to the village and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afternoon visit the Butterfly where we will observe the process of metamorphosis that makes a caterpillar turn into butterfly then. In the Butterfly we can see 25 varieties of butterflies flying in a greenhouse. It is the Ecuadorian exhibition with more species and greater number of copies flying in their facilities. For those who like extreme sports, our route also allows them to practice, experience the sensation of flying or buoys slip into the waters of the river Mindo practicing canopy or tubing. Piedra de Vapor DAY 11 PUERTO QUITO QUITO Kayak morning classes receive by our instructor in the river, this is an easy activity level which could make the whole family, by the afternoon we tour the cocoa farm and at night we leave fishing.
