2 Classification Classification will take place on OCTOBER 29 at the competition venue. BISFed International Classifiers will be appointed to conduct this. Practices Practices are scheduled on NOVEMBER 29 NOVEMBER 30 at the competition venue. Practice time for every nation will be assigned in order of your day and time of arrival. 3 REGISTRATION DEADLINES ALL REGISTRATION PROCESS MUST BE DONE USING THE SPORT:80 PLATFORM. FOR ASSISTANCE CONTACT AUGUST 14: Intent to Compete deadline Slots will be allocated by BISFed in accordance with the following entry criteria: The maximum number of slots available will be 100 A minimum of 50% of the total slots will be allocated to nations from the Americas region, assuming there is sufficient interest from this Region, from these Colombia, as hosts, will receive a minimum of 11 slots. Any remaining slots will be prioritized for teams, pairs or individuals who have an opportunity to qualify for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games as follows (in descending order): o Team, Pairs or individuals that still have a chance to qualify, will have priority o Team, Pairs or individuals that can improve their world ranking by attending the event, will have priority o Team, Pairs or individuals that have not secured a slot for Rio, either based upon their ranking or any automatic slot will have priority o Team, Pairs or individuals that have not attended the maximum number of events (i.e. four) to count toward the World Ranking will have priority Each Team or Pair will only receive a maximum of two individual entries in to the corresponding individual event(s) SEPTEMBER 15: Confirmation of Numbers deadline. This includes full payment for all athletes and officials. SEPTEMBER 30: Confirmation of Names. 6 CITY GENERAL INFORMATION Santiago de Cali, is characterized because of its warm weather and the music, which became it into the world capital of the Salsa. The most important landmarks of modernization and industrialization, as the building of the railway and the Integrated Transport System - MIO-. Strong migratory processes, caused because of some social situations, turned the place in a multicultural and mestizo city, a technological metropolis, a cross of roads, rhythms and sensibilities that are manifested in a collage of cultural practices and expressions.
