San Jose, the capital, is the first city that extends a warm welcome to visitors and is the starting point towards an enriching experience for all family members. The following day, Sarapiqui displays its mountainous topography, tropical climate, and a rich history. A county that has transformed itself into the main area of ecotourism in Costa Rica. There is more satisfaction, when visiting Arenal and enough time to enjoy the beauty of the area and the Arenal Volcano. More gratification in Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve, considered the best-known cloud forest in the world for its rich biodiversity and important contributions to conservation and scientific research. A change in latitude leads to Manuel Antonio National Park, a small park but one of the most beautiful and popular. Several trails lead through dense jungle to hidden coves and magnificent views to the sea and beaches. Moments that offer a mix of relaxation, shelter and communion with Nature, creating treasured memories.

The journey will take you to the Lava Flows of 1992, a large accumulation of volcanic material ejected from the crater during a period of great activity that year. Selvatura Hanging Bridges The hanging bridges are an excellent choice to appreciate the beauty of the forest of Monteverde. During a 3-km tour visitors, will pass by bridges in the treetops, over heights ranging from 12 to 60 meters. The length of the bridges is in a range of 50 meters, the shortest, up to 150 meters the longest. It is important to note, that all bridges in Selvatura have a width of 5 feet (1.5 m), allowing them a maximum capacity of 80 people per bridge. This makes it the longest and strongest system of suspension bridges in the area of Monteverde. This activity can be done by all family members, from children to the elderly. The route usually takes between 1 1/2 and 2 hours. The trip concludes with a visit to Selvatura Butterfly Garden and the Hummingbird Garden. The park has 3 different levels of trails ranging from flat to steep. On this tour, visitors can watch sloths, birds and reptiles as well as orchids, butterflies and tropical trees. The path is flat and picturesque and twists through the park on a 2-km walk. Afternoon at leisure to play on the sand or frolic in the waves. TAM also manifests its adherence to Law 7476 Act on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace and in Education and Law 8204 on Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances, Illegal Drugs, and Money Laundering; Law 6703 Protection of National Heritage; 7504 Environmental Organic Law; 7575 Forestry Law; 731 Wildlife Law; Law 6084 National Parks, Regulations for Public Use of Protected Areas, Regulations on Adventure Tourism, Commercialization of Archaeological Heritage; Law 7600 on Equal Opportunities; and 9078 Transit Law. Because the breach of these laws is punishable by the Costa Rican Law, TAM Travel Corporation will revoke the service contract that had been subscribed with any company or person that somehow consents, provides or encourages activities that contravene said legislation.
