OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (Caltrans/Transcore/SANDAG) DISCUSSION Discussion regarding maintenance and operational issues of the Interstate 15 (I-15) Express Lanes, moveable barrier operations, and FasTrak systems. 2. REGIONAL AND STATE ISSUES (High Occupancy Vehicle/High Occupancy Toll/Toll Lane) (Caltrans/Transcore/SANDAG) DISCUSSION Discussion about state and regional events, laws, and regulations regarding High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV), High Occupancy Toll (HOT), and Toll facilities and the potential effect on the region. 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE (Caltrans/Transcore/SANDAG) INFORMATION Addressing customer concerns including customer service, feedback, and satisfaction with the I-15 Express Lanes. 4. ENFORCEMENT PERFORMANCE MEASURES (CHP) DISCUSSION Discussion regarding violation enforcement of the I-15 Express Lanes facility. +5.
