17 Preamble by Chair CEM/IUCN This scientific analysis conducted on Boubyan and Warbah Islands provides strong justification for decision makers to conserve the habitats and biodiversity of these islands. This has resulted in the establishment of the Mubarak Al Kabeer Marine Reserve in the north of Boubyan Island.
