5 ESPIRITU SANTO The Holy Spirit Island is known for the existing contrast between the fiery color of the volcanic rocks and teh turquoise blue form the sea. A paradise to be discovered doing kayak or snorkeling. Here you will find a variety of fish such as: angelfish, wrasse, moorish idiols, the chameleon-like, trumpetfish, and more. BAHIA BALANDRA Where the still waves and cristalline waters are ideal to start scuba diving in between the beach s rocky formations and the under water caves.

6 LOS ISLOTES LA LOBERA These islands are home to the Sea Lions colonies, a sight to admire. A collapsed sea cave known as La Lobera, a sea lion haunt, is one of its kind. You can observe them from the boat or snorkle toward shore until the you sea lions and the females swim out from the rocks to play below you. Guests can dive with sea lions if previously arranged. Swim through the arch where orange fan and white fire ooral sway in the current and sea horses cling to ribbons of seaweed. BAHIA AMORTAJADA To be explored, Bahia Amortajada, keeps a beautiful lagoon where it is possible to snorkel or kayak along the reef. This is the largest mangrove lagoon on an island in the Sea of Cortez. Perfect location to admire a huge amount of pelicans soaking in the sun and dipping in the lagoon waters..

8 SAN JOSE ISLAND PUNTA COLORADA It is one of the most gorgeous islands with its rocky colored which adorn the coast. Various bird s species have taken refuge in teh island such as the pelican, the heron and fish hawks. What has attracted them is the great estuary of the mangrove. It is unique to find such density in an otherwise desert location, the green of the mangrove really stands out from the brown of the hills. You can jump right into it to explore the canals which lead to a lagoon of about 2 km width - here you can listen to nature and silence as the only sounds are the bustling wildlife around. DEL CARMEN ISLAND The island is home to ghost towns like Bahia Salinas to be discovered. Del Carmen Island is also a wildlife conservation area with 15, 000 private and protected acres. Thsi paradise allows intense nature coexistance, it is also a wonderful place for birdwatching, you may find everything from yellow legged seagulls to fish hawks or peregrine falcon.
