3 1. Background Nuclear Regulation Authority is the unified organization of the nuclear regulations. Drills and trainings executed by METI and MEXT are rearranged and executed by JNES. JNES was appointed in the designated public corporations. JNES positively participates and play own rolls in the national the local government exercises and also support each exercise.
