4 Your accommodation Villa Gianlica The 5 star Villa Gianlica will be your 'casa Italiano' for the week. Located in the charming town of Praiano, at the heart of the Amalfi Coast 7km away from Positano, it is a superb location for your wellbeing retreat. 7 Package Inclusions 7 Days of Adventure 7 days and 7 nights in five star accommodation at the Villa Gianlica. Daily 60 minutes vinyasa flow yoga class available each morning Delicious healthy breakfast served on the balcony at Villa Gianlica, overlooking the beautiful Amalfi Coast* 60 minutes restorative yoga class available in the early evening where the itinerary allows (*Breakfast includes tea, coffee, fruits and juices) Day 2 Positano Choice and freedom is integral to our retreats. Spend the morning relaxing at your villa or on a sunbed by the pool, saunter down to one of the nearby beach clubs, or explore the town and browse the shops. It s up to you. In the evening, you'll enjoy an intimate 'Positano Home Cooking dining experience hosted by Peter Capraro in his family home, which includes a 5-course meal and perfectly matched wines all located just a short walk from the Positano beachfront. Day 3 Praiano Enjoy breathtaking views of the coast while walking the Path of the Gods with your tour guide. On arrival in Nocelle, you will enjoy a light lunch at Qiosco Sentiero Degli Dei then return at leisure to your villa. In the evening, dinner is arranged for you to devour a sumptuous meal matched with local wines at 'Ristorante Il Pirata'. Located just walking distance from your villa right on the beach front in Praia, its vibrant atmosphere will lift your heart and soul to dizzying new heights! Day 1 Praiano Wellbeing Euro style starts with sipping on an ever-refreshing Prosecco or Aperol Spritz while your Myall hosts for the week welcome you with an introduction to your retreat. Later, enjoy spectacular sunset views of Positano and the rest of the Amalfi Coast while dining at Kasai, a lively traditional restaurant located walking distance from your villa.

8 Daily yoga.

9 Day 4 Amalfi Amalfi s water taxis are an experience in themselves! Jump aboard to spend the day in the Amalfi town at your leisure. Browse the shops, meander through the buzzing streets or venture to the 'Valle delle Ferriere'. For lunch you may wish to wander around the coast to the nearby jewel-like town of Atrani, where you ll find A Paranza truly one of the best seafood restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. In the afternoon, venture to the historical town square of nearby Ravello, and spend time at your leisure visiting the Villa Cimbrone and the Cathedral before enjoying another delectable dinner at The Garden and an evening of classic Italian opera at the Villa Rufolo. Day 6 Capri This is the only day we say "you must not miss this!" You will embark on a day trip to Capri in a private boat, starting from Praiano cruising the coast around the island, with swim stops at some of the glorious grottos, including the Blu Grotto. In Capri, you'll start with lunch at Panorama, a popular Italian restaurant brimming with amore della vita (love of life). Then you re free to spend 2 3 hours exploring the town square, sightseeing, chatting with locals or perusing the stores. Return to your villa on the boat via Positano, for a relaxing night to be spent at leisure where you have the opportunity to bliss out with a restorative yoga class and a free night. Day 5 Praia Freedom of choice again this morning! You may like an easy start either relaxing at your villa, on a sunbed by the pool or nearby beach clubs, or for the morning adventurers, some sightseeing in the town and local shops. Early afternoon you will be picked up from your villa to partake in a cooking class at at Ristorante Il Ritrovo, located high on the mountain behind Positano. Hone your culinary skills while making an authentic Italian starter, home made pasta, a main course (meat or fish) and dessert. Later, you ll bask in your culinary glory devouring the superb meal you ve prepared, matched with delicious local wine. Day 7 Praiano Spend the morning relaxing at your villa or by the pool, sunning at one of the nearby beach clubs, or hit the streets for some last minute shopping. You might like to take the free shuttle boat around the coast to enjoy lunch at the nearby and famously frenetic da Adolfo, a place to see and be seen when visiting Positano. For your final night, Zia Lucy, your gracious guide who you will have come to know and love, will host a private food and wine tour of Positano. Later in the evening you might like to enjoy a drink at the 'Music on the Rocks' nightclub, just a short stroll and a few curves around the cliffs away.
