2 FROM THE SHORE TO THE HILLS OF LAKE GARDA Bike itinerary easy This easy trail, approximately 30 km long, runs along the lakeside before climbing up the gentle hills surrounding the area. It is an extremely scenic route, winding through the countryside lined with vineyards and olive groves. This is why the eastern shore of the lake is known as the Olive tree Riviera, and here is where the renowned Garda PDO extra virgin oil is made. The starting point is in Bardolino a famous lakeside resort, renowned also for its Bardolino DOC the wine produced from the grapes growing on the nearby hills. Bardolino (starting/finishing point of this excursion) is approx 45 min from Verona THE HILLS AND THE RIVER MINCIO Bike itinerary easy This easy trail, roughly 28 km long, is mostly on dirt tracks. Mountain or trekking bikes are strongly advised, as the ground can be extremely uneven. The ideal starting point is the football field in Via campo sportivo, Peschiera del Garda, because nearby there is a short lane leading to the bike path alongside the river Mincio. Cycling down this lane you will leave the traffic behind, and the defence wall of the ancient citadel will immediately catch your eye. A magnificent, level bike trail linking Peschiera to Mantua has been built along the edge of the Mincio from which you can admire the rich river fountain and luscious vegetation. Having crossed over the bridge to the other side, the trail takes you back along the opposite side of the river, and you soon reach a lane leading to the town of Salionze. At first, you may meet some traffic, then the trail continues along narrow dirt tracks winding across a vast expanse of vineyards. Needless to say, this is the production area of the renowned Custoza DOC wine. The countryside however is also dotted with a number of apple orchards. It is an easy route that takes you to the village of Oliosi first, and then Castelnuovo del Garda. It is only a few miles more to the shores of Lake Garda, in Pacengo di Lazise. A lakefront route then takes you back to Peschiera del Garda. Peschiera del Garda (starting/finishing point of this excursion) is approx 40 min from Verona

3 THE KING MONTE BALDO Trekking itinerary easy Monte Baldo is the king of heights of Lake Garda Take the cable car from Malcesine to the top of the mountain and then take a walk along Baldo s crest, you will be accompanied by an expert mountain guide. From here the views of Lake Garda are 360, you can see the Val d Adige and through to the Dolomiti del Brenta. The typical alpine vegetation, also known as Europes garden, will be a change for you compared to the Mediterranean scenary. This excursion is suitable for everybody. Distance approx 10 km max altitude mt 2000 (duration approx 2 hrs) Malcesine (starting/finishing point of this excursion) is approx 1hr 39 min from Verona TANELLA SPELEOTOUR Trekking itinerary easy The Tanella cave hosts galleries, stalactites and stalagmites of various forms and colours. The cave is at the foot of Mount Baldo, to get there you will walk though a natural protected area and you will be accompanied by with a nature guide. After having admired the typical mediterranean vegetation, you will delve deeper into the beautiful cave for approx. 400 metres right into the heart of the mountain. You will be provided with: helmet and electric torches. (duration approx 3 hrs) Torri del Benaco (starting/finishing point of this excursion) is approx 1 hr from Verona

4 JUNGLE ADVENTURE PARK Jungle Adventure was the first active park built in Italy by a French idea all that combined the Parcour with the nature of the forests. Active park because it is a kind of fun that is not passively endured by user but rather lived physically. They started the business when nobody in Italy even knew what rafting was. In the 30 years and more that they have been in operation, they have hosted thousands of very satisfied guests. The Noce river is one of the most famous rafting rivers in Europe and our courses offer a variety of rides. Our programs include descents of all levels and lengths. You will use inflatable boats called rafts: each of them can take 4 to 6 customers. Before your descent starts, we will give you some theory about how to paddle and to keep safe.
