2 01. Login booknow.islandescapes.com.au/agent Agents can login via this URL which will then automaticall trigger their commission and allow them to MANAGE MY BOOKING.

3 02. Search Start with a hotel search by selecting Country / Airport / Region / Dates. For example: Country : Fiji Airport: Nadi Airport Region: Mamanuca. This will provide all search results for resorts in the Mamanuca Islands

4 03. Results Depending on the search the results may show the same hotel several times, as we also pull in results from GTA, Destinations of the World & Hotelbeds. Please be aware that when comparing rates the cheapest may be Room Only and /or Instant Purchase while the Bed & Breakfast Flexi rate could represent better value on the other hotel selection The Island Escapes hotels can be identified by a small IE watermark in the lower left corner.

5 04. Hotel Selection The first screen allows you to select the Room / Board type, shows availability plus any special offer details. Island Escapes Hotel Example

7 06. Hotel conditions The second screen shows booking conditions and as you scroll down the page, useful information such as room configurations, children s policies and year round specials.. Click SELECT will take you to the Booking Summary where you can add extra Hotels, Transfers, Flights, Attractions & Blue Lagoon Cruises.

8 07. Add extras and attractions Here you can add extras like hotel transfer, attractions and flights. All items you add will be added to your basket for review before booking.

9 08. Flights When searching for flights ensure you manually add your chosen departure city and the dates required for the booking. The dates are not pre-populated from the inital search page, be wary of this when making your selection. Please note: Results are generated live from Gallileo You must re-enter the dates you require.

Enquire or book Once you have added all the components to the basket on the left, you have the choice of making an ENQUIRY (sending a message to Island Escapes with the quote details) or Agree to Important Information & Booking Conditions & click CONTINUE to fill in client details. Both a QUOTE & a BOOKING can be edited by Island Escapes at any time if you require further changes. However, BE AWARE OF INSTANT PURCHASE conditions, as they are non-refundable and you are liable for any costs if your client cancels without payment. Hotels very strictly enforce cancellation fees for this type of rate. You can remove items at this stage should any details be incorrect. Editing flights is not possible from this screen, you must remove and seach again. You must agree to Important Information & Booking Conditions via these buttons in order to continue

13 Manage my bookings This screen gives you access to all bookings you are holding with Island Escapes. Select by Booking Reference or check the list using either Booking Date or Departure Date search criteria. Once you have selected a booking, you are able to see a summary of the booking itinerary or select VIEW DOCUMENTS for copies of the invoice, itinerary etc. MAKE ENETT PAYMENT is available if activated. LOG OUT is located on top righthand corner of screen.
