Our senior management were present to welcome VIPs. Japanese guests hosted at Festive Hotel were welcomed by Japanese-speaking RWS staff to attend to queries. Welcome amenities in hotel rooms desserts by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong were specially designed for VIP guests and all delegates.

4 Unconventional Venue Resorts World Theatre Resorts World Theatre provided a luxurious and comfortable experience for the plenary session for 1,200 delegates, with tiered plush seats and being fully equipped with high quality audio, visual and lighting equipment. Besides enjoying a live band performance, delegates also got up-close with RWS Ambassador celebrity Donnie Yen, who was invited to grace the event. Landscaping was set-up at the Resorts World Theatre entrance to beautify and enhance the welcome experience. Not only was the delegate experience taken care of, the crew was also provided an F&B counter backstage to support the entire set-up and plenary session.

7 Innovative and Versatile Venue Resorts World Ballroom For this Asia Pacific group, client wanted to synergise with the European conference theme done in the Bahamas. As such, our Chefs designed a Seafood Bar experience for the delegates, one which was not part of the usual menu. To cater to the tastes of the multi-national delegates, the menu included a Japanese sushi array as well as glutenfree and vegetarian options. Delegates were treated to a premium customized dessert selection by award-winning Chef Kenny Kong and also the Valrhona Hot Chocolate Soup by the one Michelin star celebrity chef restaurant OSIA.
