22 Forecast: Much of the Same The overall US Market will continue to remain robust in several areas including Transactions. The Construction Pipeline will continue to grow in a steady and measured way and will be dominated with projects less than 200 rooms in the Upscale and Upper Midscale Chain Scales. Supply concerns in some markets will continue to be debated as Pipelines grow. Profits will remain strong as we have a good 2-3 year run in front of us. However, if you are an owner it is a great time to sell and take your profits given the sales cycle and looming interest rate hikes.
