On behalf of the TropOut team, I am proud to present this trade brochure which introduces TropOut the brand and sets out the inclusions and features of TropOut Thailand We trust it contains all of the information you require to sell TropOut to your clients. We are very excited and proud of what the TropOut brand stands for and what we will be delivering for TropOut Thailand TropOut fills a hole in the market for holistic and refined gay travel experiences. From the outset, I would like to reiterate the messages we have communicated in discussions with many of you: as a business we value agents and we are committed to working with and supporting agents to distribute TropOut for TropOut Thailand 2016 and beyond. Relationships are everything to us, and we look forward to developing a long term and mutually prosperous relationship with you. The first element of that support is a very attractive commission structure that values the business you are bringing to us: for standard and deluxe rooms- 10% for the first 10 sales (on a pax and not room basis) and 12% for all sales after the 10th sale; for suites and villas- 12% for the first 10 sales and 16% for all sales after the 10th sale. We will also support you by providing electronic and hard collateral on a regular basis. Enclosed with this brochure you will find some marketing collateral that can be given to clients. You will see that there is space on the front of the material for you to include your agency details. Soft-copies of all marketing material can be found on our new Agents Portal. Further details on the Agents Portal are set-out in the brochure. Your clients are your clients, and you will continue to earn commission on any future TropOut purchases they make. Finally, we would love for you to experience TropOut to enable a better understanding of our product and brand. 4 TROPOUT - THE BRAND Welcome to TropOut! TropOut delivers contemporary, refined and holistic travel experiences for gay travelers in tropical paradises. Five star resorts, chic and stylish entertainment venues, world class entertainment, local culture, and likeminded travelers. The elements of any TropOut travel experience are Chill, Party and Explore: Chill Guests will be presented with an environment that encourages relaxation and personal rejuvenation via the chilledout day time atmosphere at TropOut activity hubs where they will be able to mingle with likeminded travelers from all over the globe in a relaxed environment. This environment will be complimented by daily yoga and meditation classes, and options for spa and massage treatments. Party Who doesn t want to have some fun when on holiday? As a TropOut day turns to dusk, the party will commence. TropOut parties are events in themselves, where guests can expect to be entertained by world class performers at chic and luxurious venues. TropOut premier parties include headline entertainment, an open bar (for a limited period) and canapés. And on those nights when a premier party is not staged, entertainment and an environment that encourages guests to have fun and to mingle with fellow travelers will still be provided. TropOut parties are not all night dance parties. Entertainment will be contemporary and varied to suit a variety of interests, but won t include drag or cabaret performances. Explore Uncovering the culture and sights of a new or favorite destination is just as important to the TropOut experience as partying or chilling out is. Guests will be able to join bespoke optional excursions to visit the best sights of a destination and to uncover its culture. And there will always be one option that focuses on the food of the host destination.

XANA features sun-loungers, poolside day beds and VIP cabanas. When the sun sets, watch the atmosphere at XANA electrify. Reserved exclusively for TropOut guests throughout TropOut, Xana will play host to TropOut s premier opening and farewell parties. It will also be the epicenter of all things fun, providing a contemporary chic space for guests to chill by day and party by night to the beats of international DJ s. Nikki Beach Since its debut in 2014, the worldfamous Nikki Beach hospitality and joyful spirit has taken over Phuket. A short 5 minute commute from Angsana, the oceanfront beach club, restaurant and lounge is decorated with plush, allwhite sun-loungers and chic drapery. Nikki Beach offers guests the ultimate beach club experience complete with the best views, music, cuisine and a luxury ambiance. An exclusive area of Nikki Beach will be reserved for TropOut guests throughout TropOut. 8 ENTERTAINMENT TropOut is about chilling exploring by day, and sophisticated partying with likeminded travelers by evening. Party is an integral (but not the sole) element of the TropOut experience, and an array of entertainment will be delivered to create a fun and luxurious party atmosphere to suit a range of interests. What can guests expect? TropOut parties are events in themselves with headline entertainment from renowned contemporary performers. Depending on the theme of the party, guests can expect to be entertained by mind-blowing fire shows, cirque du soleil-esque performers, acrobats, violinists and percussionists performing to the backing of DJ s, saxophonists and a multitude of professional dancers. And, of course, fireworks! The entertainment will be lavish, yet fun and made even more memorable by TropOut Thailand 2016 s headline performers. For those who would prefer a more relaxed style of entertainment, the TropOut Lounge is the perfect settingwhere guests can share bottles of wine to chilled entertainment. TropOut is not selling rooms based on view. All rooms in a particular category are priced the same. The vast majority of rooms have a lagoon or pool view. 13 Private Pool Villas The private 3 and 4 bedroom private pool villas are located a short commute from the main resort complex in an exclusive villa complex. Breakfast is served in the main resort complex, guests have access to all resort facilities, and shuttles operate constantly from early morning until the nightly TropOut action concludes. The villas are perfect for groups of friends who want to experience all the fun of TropOut, but at times prefer to retreat to a private villa with its own pool. Private Pool Villa (3 Bedroom) The enormous 357sqm villas have three specious bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom and a second spacious bathroom, a private pool and comfortable living and dining areas as well as a poolside terrace and personal pool pavilion. 17 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS When is TropOut? The core TropOut program commences on Sunday 3 April 2016 and concludes on Saturday 9 April 2016 (6 nights) How do guests get to Phuket? Phuket international airport is well serviced by numerous international and domestic Thai airlines. Direct flights to Phuket operate from the following Asian and Middle-Eastern hubs: Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Seoul, Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi. How will transfers be organized? Shuttle transfers will operate throughout the days that TropOut commences and concludes. Our staff will greet clients as they enter the arrivals hall and chaperone them to awaiting transportation for the short 20 minute journey to Angsana Laguna Phuket. What can guests do at TropOut? The TropOut itinerary is not structured and is designed so guests can choose the way they experience TropOut. By day, there are literally dozens of activities and possibilities, however some suggested activities include: swimming (pool or beach), cocktails and delicious food at Xana Beach Club, sailing lessons or a boat ride on the picturesque lagoon, windsurfing, jet skiing, para-sailing, pampering at the day spa, yoga and meditation, for those that are active and sporty gym, golf and tennis facilities are available. Nightly entertainment will be provided at TropOut Hub venues, and on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Premier Parties inclusive of headline entertainment will take place. Our staff will be on hand to assist guests wishing to explore and dine independently. What will the parties be like? In a few words, sophisticated, stylish and a bit lavish. But they won t be pretentious. A fun and relaxed atmosphere will be created, where travelers feel comfortable mingling with likeminded counterparts in some truly breathtaking settings. Plus there will be an array of entertainment to ensure everyone has a great time. How many people will attend TropOut? Angsana Laguna Phuket has a capacity for 1000 travelers spread within the main resort complex and in a luxury private villa complex located a very short commute from the main resort property. Is TropOut exclusively gay? TropOut s goal is to facilitate comfortable travel experiences for gay people, which doesn t necessarily mean that everybody has to be gay. Friends and allies are welcome to join TropOut. Are children welcome? TropOut is an adults only travel experience, and guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend.

18 BOOKING PROCESS We ve made the process for booking clients onto TropOut as easy as possible. A. Registering as a TropOut Agent If we haven t already assigned you with an Agent ID, then head to com/travel-agents/ and complete the agent registration form. We will then approve you as a TropOut Agent and assign an Agent ID to your agency. Your Agent ID will ensure that all bookings made on behalf of your clients will be attributed to your agency. B. For agents who take payments direct from clients For agents who take payments directly from clients, complete the public booking form available at com/bookings and enter your Agent ID where prompted. At Step 4 of the booking process, select Pay Later and confirm the booking. We will confirm the reservation with you by return within one business day. On the next 15th day of a month, we will provide you with an invoice for payment for the nett amount due to TropOut (i.e- value of sales for the month agent commission). Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card. C. For agents who don t take payments direct from clients For agents who don t take payments direct from clients, simply complete the public booking form available at tropout.com/bookings/ and enter your Agent Code where prompted. There is a secure payment facility at the conclusion of the booking process. Enter your client s credit card details to complete the purchase. Confirmation is instantaneous. We will pay your commission within 14 days following the end of the calendar month in which your client pays for their TropOut services in full. D. Client Payments TropOut is priced in United States Dollars. If you take payments direct from the client (i.e., the client pays you and then you pay suppliers) and you are not based in the United States, then simply convert the USD amount into your local currency and charge the client accordingly. We will invoice you on the basis of the amount you receive from the client, subject to you using a reasonable conversion rate. Clients can choose to: (a) pay in full on booking; or (b) pay 30% on booking with the balance payable by 20 January If clients decide to pay in full on booking, then they will receive USD$100 resort credit per person which will be credited to their room account to spend on food, beverage and spa treatments within Angsana. This is a great benefit for the client, and it makes your job and our job much easier in terms of credit management.

19 AGENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. (Application of Agent Terms and Conditions) These Agent Terms and Conditions ( Terms ) govern the relationship between you (the travel agent) and us (Out Travel Group Pty Ltd, the organizer of TropOut Thailand 2016) with respect to TropOut Thailand These terms apply to each purchase of TropOut Product you make on behalf of a client. For the purpose of these Terms, TropOut Product means with respect to TropOut Thailand 2016, the core 6 night TropOut package, and any Day Tour Excursions and TropOut Extensions as sold by us. 2. (Client Terms and Conditions) By making a booking with us on behalf a client, you and your client agree that the terms and conditions as published at apply to your client s booking. It is your responsibility as the travel agent to bring these terms and conditions to the attention of your client prior to booking a reservation. 3. (Making a Reservation) You can make a reservation for a client by one of the following methods: a. If you take payments direct from a client, complete the booking form available at enter your Agent ID where prompted, select Pay Later at Step 4 of the process and submit the reservation. We will confirm the reservation with you by return within one business day. A booking is not confirmed until we provide you with confirmation. b. If you don t take payment direct from a client (i.e., you obtain client credit card details to pay suppliers directly) complete the public booking form available at tropout.com/bookings/ and enter your Agent ID where directed. Confirmation is instantaneous following payment. 4. (Timing of Client Payments) Client payments for TropOut Products are due according to the following schedule: a. For bookings made prior to 20 January 2016: i. 30% of the total purchase value is due on booking, with the balance due by 20 January 2016; or ii. 100% of the total purchase value on booking, in which case client will receive a credit of USD$100 which will be credited to their room account to purchase food and beverages within Angsana b.for bookings made after 19 January 2016, 100% of the total purchase value is due on booking. 5. (Payment for TropOut Products) You (as agent) can pay for TropOut Products by one of the following methods: a. If you take payment direct from a client: i. For bookings made prior to 20 January 2016 where the client chooses to pay a 30% deposit, on the next 15th day of a month, we will provide you with an invoice for payment of the total deposit paid. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card. For the avoidance of doubt, we won t pay you commission on the deposit payment until the balance payment is payable to us (see clause 8 below). Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice. ii. For bookings made prior to 20 January 2016 where the client chooses to pay in full upfront, on the next 15th day of a month, we will provide you with an invoice for the nett amount due to TropOut (i.e., balance of sales value applicable agent commission for the deposit payment and the balance payment). Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card. Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice. iii. For bookings made after 19 January 2016, on the next 15th day of a month, we will provide you with an invoice for the nett amount due to TropOut (i.e., sales value applicable agent commission). Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card. Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice. b. If you don t take payment direct from a client, you will be directed to enter the client s credit card details in the secure payment facility at the end of the booking process. For bookings made prior to 20 January 2016, you will be prompted to select whether the client would like to pay a deposit of 30% on booking with the balance being due by 20 January 2016, or if the client would like to pay in full on booking in which case their room account will be credited with $USD100 to use on food, beverage and spa treatments within Angsana. Note that if a 30% deposit is paid, we will automatically charge the same card for the balance on 20 January (If you don t receive payment from Client) If a client does not pay you, then you are not required to pay us. 7. (If we don t receive payment) If payment is not received within seven (7) days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the client s booking. 8. (Rates of Commission) TropOut Product is commissionable as follows: a. Core TropOut package: i. Standard and Deluxe Rooms: 1. For the first 10 bookings: 10% 2. For every booking after the 10th booking: 12% ii. Suites and Villas 1. For the first 10 bookings: 12% 2. For every booking after the 10th booking: 16% All bookings (no matter the room category) accumulate when determining if you are entitled to the higher level of commission. For example, if you have sold 6 Standard Rooms and 4 Suites, you would be at 10 bookings in total, meaning that all future bookings would be commissionable at the higher rate. b. Day tours and TropOut Extensions booked prior to travel are commissionable at 10%. 9. (Payment of Commission) a. For agents who take payments direct from clients: i. For bookings made prior to 20 January 2016, on 1 February 2016, we will invoice you for amounts owing to us by your clients nett of commission. Commission will be deemed to have been paid by you keeping the difference between the gross and nett amounts. ii. For bookings made after 19 January 2016, on the next 15th day of a month, we will invoice you for amounts owing to us by your clients nett of commission. Commission will be deemed to have been paid by you keeping the difference between the gross and nett amounts. b. For agents who don t take payments direct from clients: i. For bookings made prior to 15 February 2016, on 15 February 2016, we will provide you with a report of sales and the commission payable to you on those sales. We will then ask you to provide us with an invoice for the commission owing to you. Subject to the invoice being received by 29 February 2016, we will pay commission for pre-15 February 2016 sales by 15 March ii. This process will be repeated on 15 April 2016.
