2 Speaker Biography Tony Iacono AIG Current Job Posi on: Director, Technical Services Premium Audit Division. In this role, he is responsible for training and technical support for the Division staff as well as technical liaison support services to the Company. Tony joined AIG in 1990 and has been ac vely responsible for the development of several hundred associate auditors who joined the profession since then. Tony now has 36 years of experience in the insurance industry, including extensive involvement and par cipa on with the Pennsylvania Compensa on Ra ng Bureau Audit Commi ee, the New York Compensa on Insurance Ra ng Board s Audit & Premium Fraud Commi ee, and the PAAS Industry Prac ces Panel. Tony s ac vity in auditor associa ons has included serving as the President of the Casualty Insurance Auditors Associa on of NYC, the Insurance Auditors Associa on of New Jersey, the Northeast Regional Insurance Auditors Associa on, and the Na onal Society of Insurance Premium Auditors. Tony has also been honored with the Auditor of the Year award from the NRIAA in 1992 as well as the NSIPA s Be y Gerdes Dis nguished Service Award in Jody Black, MBA Liberty Mutual Insurance Group Current Job Posi on: Manager, Special Projects in Quality Assurance Shared Services Jody started with Liberty Mutual in 1984 in Houston Texas and worked for Liberty three separate mes primarily working in Texas, Louisiana, and California. His most recent return was in 2011 to enhance the QA program for CA. He has been involved with Training and Quality Assurance since his return and now manages QA for Shared Services which includes: Premium Audit, Central Processing & Policy Produc on; Policy Conversion; and Customer Service Centers. When not working for Liberty Mutual, Jody was employed with Esprit De Corp as a Controller, as a Consultant for the FBI and for two regional Workers Compensa on companies; the latest a startup.

Current Job Posi on: SVP Quality Assurance & Training 14 years working for Equifax/Overland Solu ons. 14 years working for insurance carriers in various posi ons in premium audit, shared service opera ons and underwri ng opera ons. Greg Rohner Tower Insurance Companies Current Job Posi on: Premium Audit Account Manager Greg presently holds the posi on of Premium Audit Account Manager for Tower Insurance Companies. In this posi on he both coordinates and manages an assortment of large PEO Workers Compensa on programs that are PEO driven. His job requires high proficiencies in Excel including wri ng programs to convert data presented in various formats. Greg started his carrier as a field auditor for Brandanger & Associates. From there he has held posi ons with several other fee companies and carriers including having been the AVP over premium audit for Swiss Re un l their sale. Darryl Becker Informa on Providers, Inc Current Job Posi on: Quality and Training Manager Darryl started in the premium audit industry in as an auditor in 1993 and was promoted to audit manager in In 2004, he joined Informa on Providers, Inc. as an audit manager. Currently, he is in charge of quality, training of new hires, as well as ongoing training of exis ng staff for IPI. Becker received his management degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He received the 2009 James Boutress Award and has held all four offices of the Iowa Insurance Auditors Associa on.

Patricia Pippert P2 Enterprises Current Job Posi on: Patricia Pippert founded P2 Enterprises where she blends her background as a stage and TV actress with 25+ years in business to design and deliver fun and dynamic training programs. A er her work Off Broadway and on various soap operas in New York City, Patricia transi oned into Training and Development and worked for American Interna onal Group first in NY and then crea ng a training department in the Central Region which services Chicago, Cleveland, and Toronto. She designed and delivered various so skills training programs for 12 years before branching out on her own.
