Hotel Accommodation in the resort where the DanceStar Finals takes place is only available from the Tour Packages.

1 DanceStar World Finals Croatia 2019 Hotel Accommodation SA Dance Team PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT to understand the different hotel and accommodation options. NOTE THAT once we arrive at the resort all accommodation will be full and it is then nearly impossible to change hotel options. Hotel Accommodation in the resort where the DanceStar Finals takes place is only available from the Tour Packages. The DanceStar International organisation works on a booking per person and not per room. There are 6,000 dancers plus their families from all over the world at the finals, therefore accommodation in the resort fills up very quickly. Because of the high demand for accommodation in the resort, they have a policy of shared rooms so two people in a room. They do have a very limited amount of single rooms available at an additional cost. NOTE : There are no triple rooms and there are no family rooms or interleading rooms, except in the apartments. Description of Hotels: (Please see photos of hotels at the end of this document) All the hotels in the resort where the competition is held, are clean, have swimming pools, have buffet breakfast and dinner, and is from 50 meters to 700 meters from the Sports Centre where the dancing takes place. Note that drinks are generally not included with meals. Package A 2 Star Hotel : This is the biggest hotel in the resort and is a budget hotel. It is right next to the ocean. The rooms are very small and basic and can only sleep 2 people maximum. The hotel is very busy and noisy with so many dancers staying in the hotel. But still a great choice if you are on a budget as this is the liveliest hotel of all. If you like a bit more comfort and want more peace and quiet choose Package B. Package B 3 Star Hotel : The 3 star hotels are in the centre of the resort, close to everything. They have great views of the ocean. These are slightly older hotels. Rooms are bigger than the 2 star hotel, but bathrooms are very small. These hotels are also much more quiet and relaxed than the 2 star hotel. Best value for money.

2 Package C 4 Star Hotel : Nice and modern hotel, with larger bathrooms and a very nice pool area. Rooms are smaller than your average 4 star international hotel. Opposite the lagoon and yacht area. You will not be disappointed when staying in this hotel and many South Africans prefer this hotel. It is the furthest hotel from the Sports Centre. Package D 4 Star Plus Hotel : This is the nicest hotel in the resort. Although graded also as a 4 star, it is much nicer than the other 4 star hotels. Rooms and bathrooms are the biggest. It is right next to the ocean with beautiful views. There are three swimming pools, one indoor heated and Jacuzzi s as well. More upper class with pianist playing at night. Package E 4 Star All Inclusive Hotel : This hotel is the same as Package C s 4 Star Hotel regarding appearance, room and bathroom size. The rooms are smaller than your average 4 star international hotel. Hotel is right next to the Sports Centre. It is all inclusive so breakfast, lunch and dinner is included. It also has a pool bar which serves food during the day which is included (ice cream, pizzas, etc). Local alcoholic drinks, water, juice and sodas are included. Package G 2 Star Apartment : Very basic 2 bedroom apartments with limited self catering kitchen and lounge. Breakfast and Dinner is optional extra. A few meters away from the Sports Centre. Minimum 4 people. Package H 4 Star Apartment : Nice 1 or 2 bedroom apartments with limited self catering kitchen and a lounge. Breakfast and Dinner is included. Note that these apartments are just outside the resort and is a 25 minute walk to the Sports Centre where the dancing takes place. Very nice option if you want an apartment which includes all the amnesties of a hotel. Room configurations: Package A 2 Star Hotel : Twin/Double Rooms. There is no option of 3 people in a room in this hotel. Please do not ask, rather book Package B. Package B 3 Star Hotel : Twin/Double Rooms. Sleeper couch or stretcher bed in slightly larger rooms for 3 rd person (recommended only for children not older than 11 years). Package C, D & E 4 Star Hotels : Twin/Double Rooms. Sleeper couch or stretcher bed in slightly larger rooms for 3 rd person (recommended only for children not older than 11 years). Package G & H Apartments : One or Two bedroom apartments which can also include a sleeper couch or stretcher bed. From 2 to 5 persons.

3 Family Options (3 or 4 people): At all the hotels in the resort, there are no rooms with inter leading doors between two rooms, there are no family rooms for 4 people and they do not have triple rooms. This can be a slight challenge for families with two parents and one older child, or two young children. The following are the options for families: Families of 3: Choose any Package and add a single room supplement. You will then have a double room and a single room. Note that these rooms might not be next to each other. There is limited availability of single rooms. Choose Package B, C, D or E and request the 3 rd person (young child) in the same room on a sleeper couch or stretcher bed. NOT AVAILABLE ON PACKAGE A. Older dancers to share with another dancer from the same dance school. Option for apartment but needs to be confirmed first with agents. Families of 4: Choose any Package, and we will have two rooms right next to each other for you. Note there is no interleading rooms available. Choose either the 2 Star or 4 Star Apartments, which can sleep a family of 4. Single Room Supplement (limited availability) The single room supplement is applicable for the entire 8 nights stay, once off: Package A : 2 Star Hotel R900 Package B : 3 Star Hotel R1300 Package C : 4 star hotel R1500 Package D : 4 star Plus Hotel R4000 Package E : 4 Star All Inclusive Hotel R3800 Please do not hesitate to send us an or contact Chris on should you have further questions regarding the Hotel rooms.
