3 ITINERARY DAY 1: DELHI Arrive in Delhi this morning and transfer to your hotel. Today can be spent relaxing by the pool or out and about taking in the sights. DAY 2: DELHI - SRINAGAR An early flight this morning to Kashmir's summer capital will have you relaxing on your houseboat in time for lunch. From today onwards you can enjoy your own mountain adventure doing as much or as little as you like. From the houseboat you can relax on the sundeck, go for walks throughout the valley, visit the old town and the famed Moghul Gardens, but above all it's a place to relax, to read and get away from the world. (B,D) DAY 3: SRINAGAR There is the option today of visiting the floating vegetable market, seeing the impressive Hari Prabat Fort (reclaimed by nature) or go on a calming boat road on Dal Lake. Situated on the western bank of Dal Lake with uninterrupted views of the lake s mirror-like, shimmering waters and the green hills beyond, it has arguably the best location. It consists of 5 beautiful rooms, each with magnificent bathrooms the last one being a bigger suite a spacious living room and dining area, a front porch and stunning roof terrace. With plenty of staff on board, it offers a level of service unmatched anywhere else on the lake. It has a reputable trained chef that knocks up top a la carte dishes many with a local Kashmiri flavor and it has wifi, a small library and a motororised launch should you need to get to shore quickly.
