1 WF CENTRAL CELEBRATES OFFICIAL OPENING WITH GLITTERING GALA DINNER From Diversity, A New Energy Beijing, 6 th June 2018 WF CENTRAL celebrated its official opening with a VIP red carpet and ribbon-cutting ceremony on 29 th May, followed by a glamorous gala dinner with stellar performances from Chen Sa; and international pop icon Coco Lee. The star-studded gala dinner was hosted and attended by distinguished guests, including Mr Y K Pang, Deputy Managing Director of Jardine Matheson Limited; Mr Robert Wong, Chief Executive of Hongkong Land; Mr Raymond Chow, Chairman of Wangfu Central Real Estate Development Company Limited and Executive Director of Hongkong Land; Mr Mark Pu, Shareholder of Wangfu Central Real Estate Development Company Limited; Mr Simon Dixon, Director of Wangfu Central Real Estate Development Company Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Hongkong Land and Mr Stanley Ko, Director of Wangfu Central Real Estate Development Company Limited and President, Commercial Property China of Hongkong Land. They were joined by Ms Yana Peel, CEO of Serpentine Galleries and Mr Hans Ulrich Obrist, Artistic Director of Serpentine Galleries, along with Mr Liu Jiakun of JIAKUN Architects and globally recognised entrepreneur, advocate, actress and mother of three Jessica Alba and specially invited guests to celebrate the formal opening of the premier shopping and lifestyle destination in Beijing. Guests enjoyed a taste of the unique WF CENTRAL experience, including a sumptuous 4-course East Meets West themed fusion menu created by esteemed 2-star Michelin Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Chef Mikeal Robin, Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing; and spectacular piano performance from Chen Sa and the international pop icon Coco Lee.
