Rental rates are RV $42 nightly and $600 monthly, $25 tent, cabins $149-$209, and motel $89. Property is on a continuous forest service lease at 3% of the gross and Buyer would get new 20 year lease at purchase. Forest service leases are always renewed and the entire area is forest service property. Electricity is generated by onsite propane generators. Gas tanks were upgraded in 1999 to current triple wall standards. An additional five acres can be added to the property. Tremendous upside in opening in winter to snowmobile clientele on weekends.
