5 SAGES CENTER SAGES GALLERY Group planners looking for flexible event space appreciate the options of the Sages Gallery, a 1,024-sq. ft. meeting space that works well for events like board meetings, presentations, breakout sessions and workshops. With options for theater, banquet, classroom and U-shape seating, the Gallery s flexible layout is an asset for meeting organizers. A built-in ceiling mounted projector and screen complemented by an in-house sound system and buffeted ceiling give groups all the A/V tools they need for a flawless meeting. 6 SAGES CENTER PATIO The perfect space for an outdoor reception or break between meetings. Conveniently located just outside Sages and with direct access to both the Dining Room and Gallery, this covered patio has beautiful landscaping surrounding it and features multiple outdoor seating options. YOGA STUDIO Yoga retreats are best suited to the Sages upstairs Yoga Studio although it also makes a beautiful zen-like gathering I am returning home with fresh insights, a recharged battery and an unexpected new addition to my day meditation. SAGES PATIO space for seminars and speakerfacilitated presentations. The Yoga Studio also features a sound-proof airwall that divides the space into two equalsized gathering, meditation or movement spaces, Yoga Studio East or West. LIBRARY Also located inside the Sages Center, the Library provides a great spot for a conversationalstyle breakout or intimate casual gathering for small groups. Features natural light, soft seating and artisancrafted textiles and artworks throughout. OUTDOOR AREA LIBRARY DINING ROOM Offering access to the Koi pond and featuring a built-in handcrafted stained concrete bar, the zen-like dining space is ideal for medium-sized family-style group YOGA STUDIO lunches and dinners. 7 ASPEN CONFERENCE ROOM The whole experience was sort of like a very luxurious summer camp for grownups. ASPEN CONFERENCE ROOM With 740 sq. ft. and seating for up to 16-20, this space is best for small meetings. Features a galley-style kitchenette and beautiful natural lighting, The Aspen room has a semi-permanent boardroom table, built-in whiteboard, projector and screen, printer and conference phone.

8 MOON HOUSE MOON HOUSE MAIN ROOM Intimate meetings, informal gatherings and brainstorming sessions find a relaxing setting in the Moon House, a 735 sq. ft. cozy living roomstyle space with comfortable couches and chairs, wrap-around deck, kitchenette and private bathroom. The accommodations are exquisite in their simplicity and luxury. The hospitality exceeded any I have experienced elsewhere. MOON HOUSE DECK Overlooking the central pond with spectacular views of the grounds is the Moon House Deck. Perfect for outdoor receptions and dinners under the New Mexico sky, the Moon House Deck can also be used in conjunction with the main room to create a customized indoor/outdoor event. MOON HOUSE WINGS (not shown) Perfect for a round-table dinner, lunch-time discussion or tea-time talk, the two 176 sq. ft. Moon House wings offer a unique in-the-round experience with historic adobe-plastered walls.

9 BLUE HERON RESTAURANT BLUE HERON PRIVATE DINING ROOM With 180 sq. ft. and seating for up to 12 this space is ideal for small intimate gatherings. The Blue Heron Private Dining Room measures 18 x 10 and features natural lighting and blonde wood finishes and makes a great spot for your board meeting or a special celebratory dining experience. A gem in Santa Fe. Peaceful, beautiful, creative and friendly. I can t wait to plan our return. BLUE HERON DINING ROOM Our Blue Heron main dining room is a spectacular dining space. Outstanding views with floor-toceiling windows overlooking the central pond and featuring reclaimed wood plank floors and ceilings, and diamond plaster walls. Available with buyout. BLUE HERON OUTDOOR PATIO Enjoy dinner al fresco in a beautiful natural setting with water views on the Blue Heron Patio. This multi-tiered outdoor venue is conveniently located outside the Blue Heron Restaurant and just steps away from our resort s main entrance. The upper and lower decks are available separately or together for a larger reception or meal.

10 OUTDOORS + EXTRAS COTTONWOOD + JUNIPER LOUNGES (not shown) The lounges at the Cottonwood and Juniper guest room buildings feature colorfully tiled floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, built-in banco and booth seating, outdoor balcony and kitchenette. Available for private events for groups who reserve all the resort-style rooms in the respective buildings, the lounges are an ideal spot for a casual welcome reception, grab-and-go breakfast set-up or storytelling-style gathering. POOL + DECK Overlooking the spacious green Recreation Lawn to the north and natural undeveloped acreage to the south, the Pool + Deck at Sunrise Springs features chaise lounge seating and hammocks aloing with private men s + women s changing rooms, making it a casual and unique poolside reception or dining location. Open seasonally. CASITAS PATIO (not shown) A community-style patio, this semi-private outdoor space can be utilized for groups who reserve all 20 Casitas. RECREATION LAWN Set on lush green grass and adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool, the Recreation Lawn is the perfect location for a movement-or-action filled team building activity, farmto-table dining experience, group lawn competition of volleyball, horse shoes, croquet or Bocce, or a friendly, impromptu game of tag. CEREMONIAL CIRCLE Team building opportunities for meetings and events abound at the semi-private Ceremonial Circle, where meeting organizers can take groups beyond the boardroom. Convenient to parking, Guest Registration and the Blue Heron Restaurant, the Ceremonial Circle is the perfect outdoor venue for an opening or closing ceremony, seminar-style presentation in-the-round or unique outdoor dining experience.
