3 WELCOME It is with great pleasure that we warmly welcome members of the ski racing to the 2013 IWWF World Water Ski Racing Championships. Spain has hosted the IWWF World Water Ski Racing Championships the years 1985 and 1999 and we are happy to have the opportunity to host the Worlds for the year 2013, the third one in Tenerife (Canary Islands) where there is a great tradition in this sport since the 70s and it has created great expectation. This competition will take place in the marina of Puerto Colón in tourist town of Adeje in the south of the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands). 19 3. Justification of purpose and conditions of the stay - Tourism or private trips.
