ITINERARY: DAY 01: ARRIVE NEW YORK THE BIG APPLE Welcome to New York!! Complete the custom formalities at the airport & proceed towards the baggage hall. Transfer to your hotel on your own and check in. Your tour manager will meet you at the Hotel. Later in the evening, transfer to the Indian restaurant for dinner. Overnight at Hotel. (D) DAY 02: NEW YORK- STATUE OF LIBERTY CITY TOUR- EMPIRE STATE BUILDING 86 th FLOOR OBSERVATORY After breakfast, depart for Statue of Liberty tour. Board the cruise and set sail for Liberty Island for the close view of the Statue of Liberty. More than any other building in the world, the Empire State Building represents the ambition of humans to build towers that reach for the skies. Visit the 86th Floor Observatory of the Empire State Building for a bird's-eye view of the city. After lunch, proceed for guided city tour. Enjoy the land marks of New York City like Wall Street, Rocker Feller centre, World Trade Centre Site-Ground Zero, Broadway, The trump tower, Times Square & the Brooklyn Bridge. 4 DAY 03: NEW YORK - WASHINGTON D.C.- SMITHSONIAN AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM - CITY TOUR Morning after breakfast depart for Washington D.C. En route have lunch. Arrive Washington D.C., Visit the famous Smithsonian Air and space museum. The Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum has the largest collection of historic air and spacecraft in the world. Proceed for the Guided city tour with Capitol Building, White House, World war 2 memorial, Washington monument, Lincoln memorial, Jefferson memorial and more(most of the monuments are being visited from outside). After dinner transfer to hotel in Washington D.C. (B, L, D) DAY 04: WASHINGTON HERSHEYS- NIAGARA FALLS USA After breakfast at the hotel check out. Later visit Hershey s chocolate World The sweetest place on the earth. Depart for Niagara Falls. Enroute have lunch. Continue journey towards Niagara Falls. When you reach Niagara Falls! WOW! You won t be able to keep the word from your lips at Niagara Falls. There are dozens of taller waterfalls in the world, but in terms of sheer volume these falls are unbeatable: more than a million bathtubs of water plummet over the edge every second from the falls. Arrive and transfer to hotel and check in. Later depart for an Indian dinner. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Niagara. (B, AL, D) DAY 05: NIAGARA FALLS MAID OF THE MIST CAVE OF THE WINDS After breakfast in the morning, transfer for the breathtaking Maid of the Mist' boat ride. View the thundering Horse shoe falls along with the American, and the Bridal Veil falls. (Due to weather conditions, this ride operates from the last week of May). Later after lunch enjoy the Cave of the winds - Soak up the experience of being closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible, on a spectacular Niagara Falls tour. You can also visit the optional activities on your own. Overnight at hotel in Niagara (B, L, D) DAY 6: NIAGARA - LAS VEGAS - CITY TOUR - BELLAGIO FOUNTAIN SHOW Today morning check out of the hotel and transfer to airport for your flight to Las Vegas. Have lunch. Later enjoy the city tour. Proceed for the city tour of Las Vegas. Then we will move on to the Fremont Street. This street is famous for glittering lights, stunning visuals, sound effects and crows of people. Ride onto the largest observation wheel in the world, The High Roller. Move on to the Bellagio hotel for the very famous Bellagio fountain show (time permitting). These fountains are perhaps one of the most famous of the Bellagio landmarks. Situated on the picturesque lake, the light and sound show will awe you with its grandeur and beauty. Later in the night, take a ride in a Limousine and feel like a celebrity. (Packed PB, PL, D) DAY 7: LAS VEGAS Morning is free at leisure. You can spend time for optional activities like The Grand Canyon Cleaving a mile deep into the earth and averaging 10 miles across, it compels

5 even the most jaded traveler to pause and draw breath. Then you have free time to explore the city on your own. Try your luck in the best casinos across the strip or just see the themed hotels which are the attractions itself. After Dinner transfer to hotel. (B, D, NO LUNCH TODAY) DAY 8: LAS VEGAS - LOS ANGELES CITY TOUR Morning after breakfast, depart for Los Angeles. After lunch depart for the Guided city tour of Los Angeles- the Sunny City, A Shinny City of Reinvention. Bring your cameras and join us for an exciting day in Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive. Then, after cruising down the famous Sunset Strip, we re on to Hollywood Blvd where you can compare your hand and footprints with the legendary stars like Harrison Ford, Marilyn Monroe and John Wayne at Mann s Chinese Theatre. Take a stroll on the Walk of Fame where you ll see the stars of your favorite actors and actresses, like Leonardo Di Caprio, Julia Roberts and many more. Have spectacular views of the Hollywood Sign & the skyscrapers of Downtown Los Angeles. After dinner transfer to hotel in Los Angeles. (B, L, D) DAY 9: UNIVERSAL STUDIOS The future is now at Universal Studios! The world s largest film and television studio brings you a theme park of your favorite movies in thrilling and fun adventures. Go "behind the scenes" as you learn movie industry secrets and how special effects are used to make your favorite movies come to life. Dare to ride Revenge of the Mummy, the Ride. You ll be thrilled by the virtual 3D adventures of Shrek 4D and the Transformers. Don t get too wet watching the Water world show, it s a splash. After dinner transfer to hotel in Los Angeles. (B, D) No Lunch Today. DAY 10: LOS ANGELES SAN FRANCISCO Today after breakfast depart for San Francisco- the Bay City. Move on the 17 mile drive, the most scenic route in USA. Arrive, San Francisco and check into the hotel. Have dinner and overnight. (B, AL, D) DAY 11: SAN FRANCISCO BAY CRUISE CITY TOUR Today morning after breakfast; depart for San Francisco City tour with Civic Centre, Union Square, Nob Hill, China Town, and Lombard Street the crookiest street on earth. Transfer for lunch. After that transfer for San Francisco Bay Cruise. View the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island from your cruise. After dinner overnight at hotel. (B, L, D) DAY 12: SAN FRANCISCO BACK HOME After an American breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport for your flight back home with wonderful memories of the tour. (B) TOUR ENDS

6 BROCHURE ACCURACY: All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour. PAYMENT POLICY: Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/ + USA visa fees to confirm you re booking with us. 2 nd Payment - Rs. 1, 00,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure. 3 rd Payment Rs. 1, 00,000/- 45 Days Prior to your Departure. 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure. The initial deposit money will be towards the INR portion. The USD component will never be freezed. ROE will be considered on the date of payments given, towards USD portion. CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON: 60 Days or more prior to Departure 59 Days to 45 Days prior to Departure 34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure With 7 Days of Departure Rs.50000/- Rs.85000/- 75% of the Tour Cost 100% of the Tour Cost DEVIATION CHARGE: If you wish to deviate your tour from the group on return to India the same is permitted. You will have to pay Rs. 10,000/- per person per deviation plus difference of airfare as per availability of the date you wish to travel on. Pre tour deviations are not possible on Group airfare. If you wish to go earlier than Group departure date than you are required to pay the difference of individual airfare and Group airfare. JOINING DIRECT POLICY: International airfare not included. Passengers need to reach to the hotel of first destination on their own. Airport transfers are not included for Direct Joining passengers. Passengers tour will end at the hotel in the last city. They need to transfer to airport on their own expense. The JD cost does not include the cost of USA visa and Canada visa. REFUNDS: There will be no refund on utilized services.

7 Due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, heavy traffic, rain etc or you did not use services such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, cruises, Optional Tours it is clearly understood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever. Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30 days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to be refunded. Refunds will be given in Indian Rupees and thru Cheque or Bank Transfers only even though payment by cash. If refund is due in foreign currency the rate of exchange will be considered on the day when refund is made and not the day when the payment was made. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION & TOUR CANCELLATION: Operations of Groups Tour to USA is subject to Minimum Participation of 35 paying adult passengers Tours specified in the brochure / itinerary is subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participants are below the minimum prescribed or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or without assigning any reason the company reserves right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or cancel a tour without incurring the liability to pay any compensation. Under such circumstances amount paid by you will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us like visa, travel insurance and the like but no compensation is payable. All refunds shall be given in Indian Rupees and thru cheque or bank transfers only. If company decides to operate the tour with participation below minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as individual traveller the company reserves right to collect additional amount in case any. Persons travelling as individual travellers such cases will not be provided certain services including that of tour manager and the client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments such as in coach, airport transfers, which re at fixed times etc. COACH AND COACH CAPTAIN It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach. Coach Captains are bound by American laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually. In some Coaches an emergency washroom is available. Keeping in mind hygiene standards it can be used only in case of severe emergency. We try to make sufficient stops to ensure the comfort of our passengers. For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30 seater, 49 seater and 55 seater. We choose coach as per number of participants in the tour and we tend to use full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empty in the coach. Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board the coach.

8 BAGGAGE On the tour luggage allowance in the coach will be one handbag and one suitcase per person. Portage in Any of Tours is not included. It will be passenger s responsibility to carry their bags to and from the Coach and their room. PLEASE NOTE: Above rates are subject to change without our prior notice. Above rates are subject to availability & confirmation by the airline & hotel. ROE will be considered on the day when you make the payment. The airfare & taxes based on the fare structure existing as on December 14. Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. AKKS will not be held responsible for them. Tour Manager Your tour manager will be receiving you at the New York airport. It is not necessary that the tour manager travels with you in the flights. If passengers are deviating from tour then they have to reach hotel on their own. The JD Joining Direct passengers have to reach the hotel on their own on the first and the last hotel of their tour. Airport transfers are not included for the same. American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes. Indian Breakfast will not be in Hotel premises. It will be in the Indian Restaurant. Lunches may be a combination of Indian / Continental or local vegetarian or packed. Local lunch can be pizza, pasta or Mexican or subway. But all vegetarian. Price is valid for minimum 40 Passengers traveling together. AKKS reserves right to cancel or Change date of departure in case of inadequate members in the Group. International Hotel Standard Check in time 1500 hrs Check out Time 1100hrs There is No Refund for unutilized Services. Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms. A meal doesn t include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices. All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.

9 Porterage is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage from coach to room and rooms to coach on their own. Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD per check in bag, per flight for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport if more than 1 bag per person by themselves. It is advisable to book 60 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost. Overseas Medical Insurance is strongly suggestible for your travel. POINTS TO BE NOTED FOR EAST COAST: If the flight arrival is in the morning, then you need to wait in the hotel lobby as check in time is 3 pm. In New York the sequence of the tour can be changed depending on the circumstances. The tour leader will be the final authority for the same. We will not be getting down on the Liberty Island. The cruise will be getting closer to the statue form where you can click pictures and get amazing views. POINTS TO BE NOTED FOR WEST COAST: The Grand Canyon tour is optional. Please let us know if you wish to pre book. POINTS TO BE NOTED FOR ORLANDO The Fire crackers show will be experienced for 1 day only.
