2 ABOUT THE DEVELOPER ASIAN HOTELS (WEST) LIMITED Asian Hotels (West) was incorporated as Chillwinds Hotels and came into existence by way of a scheme of arrangement and demerger with the erstwhile Asian Hotels, now known as Asian Hotels (North) and Var dhman Hotels. The company has entered into a management contract with Marriott International to develop the first JW Marriott hotel in Delhi with 500+ guestrooms, various dining, conference and banquet facilities. The Development will be done by Asian hotels (West) subsidiary- Aria Hotels and Consultancy Services Private Ltd Asian Hotels (West) owns the Hyatt at Sahar in Andheri East and is developing the Clarion Hotel in Pune.
