10 DOS BRISAS FARMS Dos Brisas Farms has over 42-acres of USDA-certified organic farmland. The farm also has a USDA-certified organic, high-tech, 7,000-square-foot greenhouse. This provides our chefs with fresh produce throughout winter. In addition to the greenhouse, the farm also has a shade house, which offers vital plant protection during the hot Texas summers. The farm offers farm tours with complimentary gift baskets of fresh produce for its guests. Dos Brisas Farms grows over 400 different varieties of fruits and vegetables all-yearround. Approximately 70% of all seeds are of heirloom Dos Brisas Farms variety. In the fall of 2013, the farm planted a 600-tree orchard. Within the year, the trees will produce fruit and within the following 2-3 years, the fruit will be ripe for the pickings. Look forward to Honeycrisp and Grannysmith apples, Burbank, Santa Rosa, and Damson plums, Encore and Flordaking peaches, Moon Glow, Barlett, Keifer, and Ambrosia pears, Fuygaki, Tomapan, and American persimmons, and so much more!

The Dos Brisas Equestrian Center boasts the second largest privately owned indoor arena in the state of Texas. Our trained professionals take the utmost care of your horse providing them a happy and healthy environment with personalized attention. The Dos Brisas Equestrian Center offers boarding, lessons, sales, training, clinics and equine therapy. The goal of Dos Brisas Stables Equestrian Program is to provide a nurturing environment for riders and their horses to form close bonds while developing skills based upon each rider s goals and capabilities.
