1 LE MANS CLASSIC 8th 9th July 2006 A visit to the famous Le Mans 24 Hrs Race, considered to be the greatest challenge for any racing car and driver and the unique atmosphere generated by the race guarantees a truly memorable experience. Racing enthusiasts since 1923 have been making their way in June to the delightful town of Le Mans and the Sarthe Circuit. The town is an integral part in the history of the race and literally lights up during race week This year sees the return of the Le Mans Classic. A series of races over 24 hours embracing cars that have competed at Le Mans from the very first race in 1923 right through to The Le Mans Classic offers a truly wonderful opportunity to relive the history of the Vingt Quatre Heures du Mans.In response to previous successful visits to the 24 Hrs and Le Mans Classic we are pleased to offer exclusive guests accommodation packages at our Châteaux and country properties, all with 20 minutes drive from Le Mans and the circuit. Guests also have the option of camping in a secluded area within the grounds of our Château d Eporcé, details available on request. All our packages are based on a four night stay Thursday to Monday and have been designed with classic marque owners in mind. We can also offer Competing Owners/Teams garage accommodation, where cars can be prepared and housed during the race week and holiday extensions. Details on request. A full programme of optional activities including social evenings is provided for your enjoyment. This year special arrangements for our guests to benefit from the Club facilities provided by the race organisers at the circuit have been made. Strictly subject to availability these include : dedicated Club Parking Enclosure inside the circuit, free to all car occupants in possession of special Club General Entry Tickets. Note the organisers will only permit selected classic cars and marques into the Club Parking Enclosures, see attached list of eligible vehicles. Guests without such cars may pre purchase or buy on the day circuit entry and outside circuit parking tickets direct from the organisers. Pace Car Escorted Circuit Laps Saturday and Sunday Race Day Picnic Hampers Saturday Evening Race Organisers Party. Important Note: The above are at a premium, particularly the circuit laps. We therefore have imposed a latest booking date of December 31st for all circuit facility requests and payment in full at the time of booking. Unsuccessful applications will be refunded in full. 2 Accommodation Properties Château de la Renaudière St Julien - Neuvy en Champagne - nr Le Mans Château de la Renaudière, the magnificent home of the Marquis & Marquise de Mascureau is set in extensive grounds close to the attractive tiny village of St Julien just 15mins easy drive from Le Mans and close to Moné. The château is furnished in classic French style and adjacent there is a delightful cottage with a large lounge, two double bedrooms, and dinning hall. Guests will be given a personal welcome by the marquise. This is a unique opportunity to combine your visit to Le Mans with a truly memorable informal experience staying in a typical turreted French château and with the use of the outdoor swimming pool in the grounds adding to that experience. Château d Eporcè La Quinte - nr Le Mans Château d Eporce is the family home of Rémy de Scitivaux and our main venue during the Classic. Péage 8 on the A11 Autoroute is only five minutes away which makes it easily accessible. L Abbaye de Champagne Rouez en Champagne - nr Conlie The Abbaye de Champagne is a X11 century abbey nestling in a quiet country spot close to the village of Conlie and no more than 20mins from Le Mans. More suited for those with a small budget in mind the Abbaye, a typical Chambres d Hôte, comprises of 3 Nos traditional French period styled ensuite double rooms in the abbaye and nine ensuite double/twin rooms in the converted outbuildings. Simple but comfortable furnishings are used in the annex and many rooms are capable of accommodating up to four persons. Guest have the use of a small swimming pool in the grounds. Pierre. On the outskirts of Domfront en Champagne village of this attractive stone built country home of a French titled family has six comfortable twin or double bedrooms within the main building, some with ensuite bath or shower facilities. The Grange, a recently converted barn in the grounds offers a further six superb ensuite bedrooms, two of which are linked to form a family or group room. The Grange has a fitted kitchen and large lounge. Guests, when not visiting the circuit or the surrounding countryside can simply relax in the extensive grounds enjoying swimming in the large outdoor pool. La Belle Fontaine Souligné-Flacé - Le Mans Less than 15mins drive from Le Mans and the circuit La Belle Fontaine has been recently converted into a superb self contained country coach house residence. Part of a XV century manor makes it the ideal base for the Classic. A welcome new addition to our property portfolio it is sure to be very popular with our guests. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms just some of the features of this property. Accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two ensuite and the other two sharing a large bathroom and shower and separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms located on a private floor in the adjacent manor. There is a large comfortable lounge for guests to relax in and impressive dinning and kitchen areas. The secluded attractive gardens house a large swimming pool and overlook open countryside. Being so close to the circuit, well appointed and a quality residence La Belle Fontaine is highly recommended. Aunay Pirmil nr Le Mans Set in a secluded French countryside location Aunay is a converted traditional French farm building embracing simple and yet comfortable accommodation. The large lounge is overlooked by a balcony leading to some of the seven bedrooms bedrooms. A kitchen is equipped with fridge for keeping both wine and beer cool and an outside built in BBQ for use by guests. Two bedrooms, one double and the other single are served by a shower room and a separate toilet whilst in the other end of the house three bedrooms each with a double and single bed in them have a large bathroom and two separate toilets. On the ground floor there is a double ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom with facilities next to it. Aunay has a large indoor games room with billiards, table tennis and exercise machine and a bowling alley!! Great place for a group and consequently very popular. This is real France! Moné Ruillé en Champagne - nr Le Mans Set on a secluded French country hillside less than 20mins drive into Le Mans Moné is a traditional converted French farm and hugely popular with our guests. The simple yet comfortable bedrooms can accommodate between two and six persons with shared toilets / shower facilities. Outside are two tiny bedrooms in a round house and also two self contained cottages each having a kitchen / dinning area, bathroom and bedroom with a double and single bed. Breakfast is served in the impressive dinning hall and guests are invited to use the courtyard barbecue facility all adding to the unique relaxed atmosphere Moné generates.

3 Accommodation Properties Château de Coulans Coulans - nr Le Mans Château de Coulans, home of the De Beaucourt family is an impressive château near to the Village of Coulans and convenient for Eporcé and many of our other properties. It is just 15 mins drive fromle Mans and the circuit. Set in extensive grounds the château is approached via a half mile long drive. There are twelve bedrooms within the château, many ensuite and a further three in a very attractive apartment adjacent which also has a dinning room and a cosy lounge. The château as you would expect is furnished in classic French style. Guests will be given a personal welcome by the family making it another unique opportunity to combine your visit to Le Mans with a truly memorable and informal experience staying in a grand French château complete with outdoor swimming pool and beautiful grounds. Mortraits Chaufour-Notre-Dame - nr Le Mans Mortraits is the country retreat of a French family living in Paris. It is a substantial residence with a large swimming pool and lake in the grounds. The gardens beautifully kept and stocked and ideal to relax in when not at the circuit. The lounges are beautifully furnished and there is a snooker room and a games room with table tennis for the use of guests. Chaufour Notre- Dame is just minutes from Eporcé, Le Mans and the circuit. Accommodation comprises of twelve bedrooms with varying layouts, double, single and triple occupancy. Only a few of the rooms are ensuite but there are ample toilets and bathrooms throughout the house. Mortraits facilities and layout make it the perfect choice for small groups of guests and will provide a superb base for the Classic. Le Perray Rouillon - nr Le Mans Home of an architect this beautifully appointed house is very close to Le Mans and the circuit. Both garden and house are as you would expect given it s owner s profession. With just two ensuite bedrooms it is ideal for two couples visiting Le Mans together. The charming owners reside in the house to ensure you well looked after. There is a very nice garden swimming pool for guests to cool off in the hot sunshine. Les Appréts Mont St Jean - nr Sillé-le-Guillaume Charming cottage in a secluded country location Les Appréts is ideal for a small group of guests. Although thirty minutes from the circuit and Le Mans it s superb location more than outweighs this. The large terrace infront of the cottage overlooking open countryside is an ideal place to relax and have a cool beer or glass of wine. The house is comfortably and as you would expect typically furnished in cottage style. There are two twin bedded rooms, a room with twin beds and a double bed, and a double room. Hotel Le Fleuray Cangey - nr Amboise Now less tha an hours easy drive via the new AutoRoute south of Le Mans Hotel Le Fleuray is a delightful former country mansion set in the peaceful Loire countryside. 7 Le Mans Classic 2006 Accommodation Guests Special Entrance and Club Parking Resevation Circuit Entry and Club Parking Passes. The organisers of the Classic Le Mans have made available designated Club/Multi Marque parking enclosures inside the circuit and we have been invited to have our own enclosure for our guests. Only guests coming in specified classic cars are permitted into the Club Enclosures. (See List Attached) Our guests may purchase through ourselves Club Entry Passes allowing them to benefit from the Club facilities provided by the race organisers. Strictly subject to availability the Club Entry Passes entitle free parking in our own special Classic Club Enclosure and access to the paddock. All occupants in the car must possess a Club Entry Passes. Possession of a Club Entry pass also entitles the holder to purchase pace car escorted Track Laps, Saturday and Sunday Race Day Picnic Hampers and tickets to the race organisers Saturday Evening Party. Remember the organisers will only permit selected classic cars and marques into the Club Parking Enclosures and on the track.
