2 Jood Palace Hotel Dubai is pleased to offer you 2017 Contracted Rates as follow: VALID DATES July 31, December 31, 2017 ROOM TYPES Single Double Premium Room-RO AED JOOD Club Room - BB AED AED Ambassador Suite - BB AED Prestige 2 Bedroom Apartment -RO AED TERMS AND CONDITIONS Above quoted rates are inclusive of 10% municipality fees & 10% service charges and are in local currency, UAE Dirham (AED)and are quoted on a per room per night basis. Tourism Dirham fee is not included and will be charged directly to guest according to the room type booked. o AED per room per night- Premium Room/ Jood Club Room/ Ambassador Suite o AED per apartment per night- 2 Bedroom Apartment Please note BB stands for room includes bed and breakfast basis; RO stands for room only basis. In case of any room service, the entire charges will be billed to the guest directly. Valet Parking service is available. Rooms and Apartment are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet in rooms and public areas in the hotel for all in-house guests. Extra Bed will be charged AED 150 net per night on RO basis or AED 200 net per night on BB basis. Credit card details or Company guarantee letter (for companies with Credit Facility) are required for no show and visa charges (where applicable). Receipt of either form of guarantee is required to ensure that the room reservation is held on a guaranteed basis. The hotel does not guarantee the room reservation if the above is not received. The above rates are valid for individual reservation up to 8 rooms per night. For reservation of 9 or more, group rates will be applied which will be seasonal and available upon request. Rates are subject to change without prior notice at certain occupancy level during major exhibitions and events. Misuse of rates will cause immediate termination of the contract. Finally please note this agreement is based on a minimum of 100 room nights per year. The hotel reserves the right to review this agreement on a quarterly basis and subsequently make amendments to the rate if the agreement is not being adhered to. Rooms and Apartment rates are not valid during New Year s, Arab Health and Gulf Food Exhibitions. 3 AMBASSADOR SUITES: These beautifully designed 10 suites are one of their own offers you a spacious living room with an opulent furnishing, large bedroom with king size bed and lavish bathroom with bath amenities. Most of our Ambassador Suites offer you an amazing experience of Sauna and Jacuzzi in-room. These suites measures 121m 2 located on our 9 th, 10 th and 11 th floor. In addition the 2 bedroom apartment has a maid s room that has an en-suite bathroom. These apartments also feature a visitor s washroom. These apartments measures 137m 2; there are 3 televisions in the apartment, 1 in each bedroom and the other in the living room. Apartment guests can enjoy the Premium Room benefits mentioned above. CHECK-IN TIME/ CHECK-OUT TIME Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs (noon time). Late check-out charges will apply for guests occupying rooms after hrs (noon). The Hotel will facilitate, if and when reasonably possible, early arrivals (before 14:00 hrs). Guaranteed early check-in requires a 1-night supplement. CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURE AND NO SHOW: Cancellations received 24 hours prior to arrival during Low, Medium & GCC Summer holidays seasons (01 st April-30 th September 2017) will not be charged, otherwise cancellation received within the same day of arrival; one night s accommodation will be charged. The remaining nights of the stay will be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival during Peak & High seasons (01 st January-31 st March 2017 and 01 st October-31 st December 2017) will not be charged, otherwise cancellation received less than 48hrs one night s accommodation will be charged. The remaining nights of the stay will be cancelled free of charge. Any non-guaranteed reservations during Peak season will be released 7 Days prior to arrival. In case of No-Show, one night s room charges will apply and the remaining nights of stay will be cancelled. In case of No-Show during the Major Exhibitions & New Year; the entire length of stay will be charged. Major Exhibitions, New Year & Eid Holidays Early departures will be charged for the full length of stay reserved and no refunds are allowed CHILDREN POLICY Children 5 years below are free of charge with the existing bed. Children ages from 6 12 years will be granted a 50% discount on Breakfast and Buffet meals. Baby cots and baby chairs are available upon request. AIRPORT TRANSFERS The hotel will be pleased to organize airport transfers, for your guests at Dhs150 net per car one way. Please note that any incoming guest that requires airport transfer should proceeds directly to the National Rent a Car Desk at the Airport based on the availability of the Car. - 3

5 FORCE MAJEURE If the Government of this contract becomes impossible to perform by either party due to acts of God, war, Government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to provide the room, the party affected shall notify the other party immediately and nonperforming party shall be excused from any other further performance of its obligations (other than non-payment of monies) for the duration of such event provided that the reason for said termination is in effect in the immediate surrounding area. DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS The Hotel may notify the Company in writing that it reasonable believes that the nature, quality, or character of distribution channels of the rooms used by the company or its affiliates is harmful to the reputation and business of the Hotel. Within fifteen (15 days) of receipt of such notice, the company shall remove the Hotel s inventory from said distribution channel or other materials or collateral in accordance with the Hotel s instructions. These contracted rates cannot be posted, published or made available to 3 rd party, internet sites, corporate Travel, conference or incentive groups without prior permission and then need to be marked up by at least 30%. Distribution or exposure of the contracted rates will be considered as breach to the contract and are subject to immediate termination or reduction of said allotment. PAYMENTS If credit facility is approved by the hotel then the payment should be done within 30 days or immediately if the Credit limit has been exceeded. All payments should mention the relevant Hotel invoice numbers as shown on the Hotel invoice. In case credit facility is not established full payment needs to be done 72 hours prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking. Booking will be released if payment is not made as mentioned. In case of delayed payments or in the case of exceeding the mutually agreed upon credit line, the outstanding payments will be subject to the Local Bank of the United Arab Emirates prevailing interest rate charges on a monthly basis. 6 MISCELLANEOUS The Hotel must approve the written and visual information on Jood Palace Hotel Dubai prior to publishing and/or Distribution by the Company. The Hotel receives a copy of the brochure, flyer or any relevant publication featuring Jood Palace Hotel Dubai upon the release by the Company. The Hotel reserves the right at any given moment to increase the contracted rates. This confidential agreement is subject to the prevailing laws and conditions governing the hotel and hospitality Industry in UAE. In case of litigation, and after reconciliation efforts, the agreement will be referred to the competent legal UAE authorities for arbitration. This confidential preferred agreement supersedes all previous contracted arrangements between the Hotel & the Company and is valid for the above-mentioned period. This confidential agreement will become effective and validated only if and when signed and stamped by both the authorized parties and within a reasonable delay of up to a maximum of 30 days, After 31 days the agreement will be null and void.
