4 A new angle The Tithebarn Project will be the place to be and be seen in Liverpool city centre. We re creating a special roof garden, a serene + creative space to escape to + perfect for hosting corporate events day or night, the views across the River Mersey + the city are amazing! We d like to work with someone who can help us bring this space to life.

5 The development Be part of something that s a bit distinctive within the Liverpool office scene... we embrace different, love the unknown and will create the coolest place to hang out. Space is available from 1,754 to 4,200 sq ft and can include a quirky basement space alongside the building s shared meeting hub space. There ll be plenty of onsite staff* within the office building that ll need feeding and watering especially after hours and within 10 minutes walk there s another 20,000 office workers... There s a ton of hotels close by (Travelodge is next door!) + the new trendy Fazenda bar + grill is just two doors down. * there ll be about 250 people based at Tithebarn when fully occupied
