These areas reflect the beauty of the city, itself a prime seaside tourist destination. The transition area will be located at the square of Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center, a well equipped facility with an exhibition space of 100,000 square meters. In total, 30 slots to the 2017 IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawai i, will be allocated to finishers of IRONMAN 70.3 Hefei and IRONMAN 70.3 Xiamen. There will also be 50 age group qualifying slots for the 2017 IRONMAN World Championship taking place in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA.

6 Itinerary for Xiamen One-Day Tour: In the morning, you ll be picked up at your hotel, then transfer to take ferry to Gulangyu Islet, which is regarded as garden on the sea of China. Visit the World Architecture Expo, including the former British Consulate, the former Germany Consulate, the former Spanish Consulate and the Overseas Chinese Style Villas etc. Then visit the Shuzhuang Garden, appreciating the traditional Chinese garden and the Piano Museum, which is the only one in China, with a collection of more than 70 pianos from all around the world. Then take the ferry back to Xiamen Island. After lunch, transfer to Jimei the hometown of Patriotic Overseas Chinese: Mr. Tan Kah Kee, who is regarded as the greatest overseas Chinese in the world. Visit the Turtle s Garden, also known as the Minnan (South-Fujian) Stone Sculpture Museum. There you can learn the history of Mr. Tan. Then transfer back to the downtown area, visit the Huihe Stone Cultural Garden, appreciating the stone carving skills of the local people and their masterpieces. Then transfer back to your hotel.
