19 Villa Clodia is located about 200 metres from Piani di Clodia. For check-in, check-out and other operations, please refer to the reception desk at Piani di Clodia. Buffet breakfast, daily maid service, swimming pool and spa are included. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The prices do not include the tourist tax of 0.80 per person (aged over 15) per night. The tax is payable on-site. All our apartments are non-smoking. CHILDREN In the La Traviata, Nabucco, Carmen, Aida and Madama Butterfly apartments: - up to 24 months, free; - over 24 months and under 6 years, 50% discount on the full rate per person; - over 6 and under 12 years, 40% discount on the full rate per person; - over 12 and under 16 years, 30% discount on the full rate per person; - over 16 years, 20% discount on the full rate per person for the fourth, fifth and sixth bed. Discounts are not cumulative. FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS Animals are not allowed in this Relais, but we have thought of them too. For your four-legged friends we have reserved a special area at Piani di Clodia. HOW TO BOOK Booking requests must be made using the special form on our website TERMS OF PAYMENT When the booking is made, full payment is requested by credit card; however, the booking is valid only after it has been confirmed by us. CANCELLATIONS In event of cancellation, please inform our Management in writing: - more than 60 days before arrival, the entire amount will be returned, without any cancellation costs being charged; - more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be returned; - more than 15 days before arrival, 20% of the amount will be returned. No refunds will be made in the case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival or in the case of early departure. ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE The apartment will be at your disposal from 15.00h on the day of arrival. Please free the apartment by 11.00h on the day of departure. After checking out, you can use the spa and pool areas, with no additional costs, until closing time. 19
