2 OVERVIEW On the vibrant corner of 7th and Olive Street in Downtown LA, the NoMad Los Angeles continues in the spirit of the original NoMad Hotel in New York taking residence in the historical Giannini Building. The NoMad Los Angeles will offer 241 rooms and suites, plus 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a rooftop pool and gathering space overlooking Downtown. The NoMad Los Angeles will house the first restaurants and bars outside of Manhattan from Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara, the team behind The NoMad New York City and Eleven Madison Park currently ranked No. 1 on the World s 50 Best restaurants. Phil Pavel joins the NoMad Los Angeles as Managing Director after spending more than two decades at the iconic Chateau Marmont. As the social center of Los Angeles shifts, Phil brings his elegance, hospitality and rich social alchemy to Downtown.

4 ROOMS Designed by Jacques Garcia, each of the 241 rooms, including 31 suites at NoMad Los Angeles looks to Italy for inspiration. The room s soft color palette is drawn from the lobby s fully-restored, gold and blue Italianate ceiling. All rooms and suites feature custom-designed furnishings and Bellino linens, inroom art programs from Paris-based design studio be-poles, as well as large flat screen TVs. Many offer free standing pedestal bathtubs and separate water closets.

5 DINING Building upon the celebrated NoMad New York City, Chef Daniel Humm and Restaurateur Will Guidara have reimagined their vision of dining within the grand hotel in Los Angeles. Inspired by the local ingredients and the vibrant culture of Downtown, with anchored roots in their approach to cuisine and hospitality, The NoMad Los Angeles offers a wide variety of options for dining, drinking and socializing. The NoMad s public spaces are composed of a casually-elegant restaurant and bar on the ground floor which sits beneath the soaring ceilings of the original 1920 s Art Deco lobby; an all-day Italianinspired café; and a formal dining room occupying the second-floor mezzanine. The menu is refined, yet approachable and is complemented by a world-class wine program and our innovative and distinguished cocktails.

7 BAR MEZZANINE RESTAURANT Our most formal dining option, the Mezzanine overlooks the hustle and bustle of the entrance of the hotel. Sitting below the landmarked ceiling, this area of the restaurant provides an exclusive experience while still being in the heart of the action. 8 PRIVATE DINING ROOM 1 The Private Dining Room 1 sits on the eastern arm of the restaurant s mezzanine, overlooking the lobby and library below. The 617 sq. ft space can accommodate a variety of events, from board meetings and business functions to seated dinners and cocktail parties. The eastern facing wall features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a fresh and light alternative to more traditional meeting spaces. This room will offer a variety of menu options, which will include buffets, passed canapés, food stations, and a formal sit-down menu, all while featuring built in A/V capabilities SQ. 11 NOMAD SUITE Located on our 12th floor, the Nomad Suite overlooks downtown Los Angeles. With well appointed amenities and custom furnishings, this space is the hotel s premiere suite.
