Our casitas are located directly on the beach and close to the Hotel s different restaurants, bars and pool. For your privacy and comfort, each Casita shares a living area and kitchenette, garden or terrace and each room has its own full bathroom and is controlled by its own card key. The rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, cable television, telephone, mini bar and security deposit box. The combinations we have to offer are: 2 Bedroom Beach Casita 1 room with 2 full beds and 1 room with 1 King bed 3 Bedroom Beach Casita 2 rooms with 2 full beds and 1 room with 1 King bed The PUNTACANA Hotel rooms come in 3 different options. Our Deluxe room which offer either 1 or 2 beds. Our Jr. Suite Deluxe includes an ample living room area, Queen size bed and is located on either end of our 3 story buildings, offering an impressive view on the hotel, ocean or golf areas. 2

At that moment we would confirm availability for the amount of rooms being requested. 3 months prior to the group arrival, a payment of 50% of the total amount will be required with the remaining 25% due 1 month prior to the group arrival. Rooming fees for restaurants must be paid in full upon signature of the contract and are non refundable. 3 months prior to the group arrival, a payment of 50% of the total estimated F&B amount will be required with the remaining 50% due 1 month prior to the group arrival. Cancellation Policy The initial 25% deposit for the rooms and rooming fees are non refundable. Between days prior to the group arrival an attrition fee equal to 50% of the total deposit will be refunded. In case of a cancellation within 31 days or on the day of arrival, no show or early departure, no refund is applicable.
