The first quarter of the financial year started on an exciting note. We opened 140 room hotel in Nairobi - The Lazizi Premiere. His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta inaugurated the hotel which is the first luxury airport hotel in Nairobi. 7 HEALTHY WAYS TASTE OF GOOD LIFE Chefs ' Recipe QUINOA AVOCADO AND ORANGE SALAD! - By Raman Preet Singh Ahluwalia, Executive Chef, Park Plaza, Zirakpur Have the monsoon showers got you reaching out for that cup of garam chai & a steaming plate of pakodas? Halt right there! While the rain may bring you respite from the scorching heat, it also brings with it a series of infections and the occasional flu. Try this quick and healthy salad recipe at home and keep your immune system function better. Ingredients: 1.5 Cup Cooked Quinoa, 1 Avocado(peeled, sliced), 1 Orange(de skinned, sliced), Few pcs Cherry Tomato, Bell Peppers(chopped), 5 nos Black Olive, Iceberg Lettuce, 4 tbsp. Olive Oil, 2 tbsp. White Vinegar, 1/2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard, 1/2 tbsp. Breakfast Sugar, Parsley, Salt & Pepper. Method: In a large saucepan of 2 cups water, cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white vinegar, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and breakfast sugar and set aside. Take a large bowl and combine quinoa, avocado, bell pepper, orange segments, iceberg lettuce. Pour the dressing on top of the salad and gently toss to combine. Garnish with olive, cherry tomato and parsley. Serve immediately.
