6 Notes on treatments offered Glamour To restore luminosity to face and body. Starts with a body treatment with Shorea karité butter and corn oil, cardamom and nutmeg. Then the face: cleaning with cleansing milk and gommage followed by a mask of hazelnut oil, sesame and avocado. Finally, a steam massage with essential oils of citron and mandarin. Glamour is particularly popular with brides before the ceremony. Length of treatment: 90 minutes. Hot Stones Treatment inspired by an ancient American Indian ritual, with a draining, detox effect, designed to restore balance to the energy channels and main systems in the body (cardiovascular, gastro-enteric, muscular). The hot stones are placed on the Chakra (without direct skin contact) to open the doors that promote the absorption and flow of energy through all bodily channels. Warm oil is spread on before the massage, done first using the hands and then the stones: the stones slide over the body like a hot cloud, offering a deep-down feeling of well-being. The treatment lasts around an hour and a half. The Culla di Olos is an Olos Natura therapy which restores mental and physical well-being. It combines the advantages of manual massage to the benefits of steam, essential oils, music and colour. The wooden bed used for the treatment can be height-adjusted to graduate the steam differently in different parts of the body. Each Culla di Olos session involves four main phases: cleansing, purification, treatments and relaxation. In each phase, steam is used to enhance the effects of each action and the active ingredients contained in the products. (length: one and a half hours. Special Bride - For the bride, the Beautiful bride program includes bridal makeup, manicure or French manicure, mask and facial massage. The program for the bride and her mom offers balanced lunch, facial massage with a neck and shoulder massage, body scrub with massage and herbal tea. Among the most popular dishes: turbot fillets cooked in a mixture of melted sugars (no fat and preservation of all the natural moisture of the fish) and ice cooled with liquid nitrogen (a cream which does not cool the mouth and allows you to savor all the flavor of ice cream, from the first to the last teaspoon) Thanks to his studies, Ettore Bocchia so also created recipes nutritionally controlled, but rich in flavor, which allow foodies to eat light and at the same time to enjoy the pleasure of an excellent lunch or a dinner. To explain the scientific principles of molecular cuisine and make it more familiar concepts, Ettore Bocchia has written a book of theory and molecular recipes with Davide Cassi, Professor of Physics of Matter at the University of Parma: Il Gelato estemporaneo " published by Sperling and Kupfer. Live music livens up the dinner and those who wants to dance. During weekends, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner during the week it only for dinner. 8 La Goletta Restaurant: the flavors of Italian traditional cuisine La Goletta is located next to the swimming pool: characterized by a cozy and casual atmosphere inspired by the boats of the lake, the restaurant offers dishes of traditional Italian cuisine. The first courses are à la carte, with a focus on seafood recipes. In addition to the dishes of the menu or à la carte, La Goletta also offers an excellent gastropizza, invention of the chef. The mixture created by Bocchia mix different flours and leavens three times in two days, to get the dough to the maximum "gourmet outcome" and make it easier to digest. Gastropizza has been one of the most successful dishes among the customers last year. 9 What is Ettore Bocchia's Italian molecular cuisine? Molecular cuisine is the most advanced frontier of culinary research. Much has been said about it, but often little is known of its principles. Molecular cuisine is not merely a new recipe book, but rather a new way of cooking based on the study of matter physics and the molecular modifications that take place during food preparation. The basis of molecular cuisine understands precisely what goes on in a boiling pot, or what happens to the molecules in a breadcrumb coating as it fries. This new awareness leads to the improvement of traditional dishes as well as the discovery of new cooking and cooling methods, offering new taste experiences and investigating new opportunities for dietary cooking. Our chef Ettore Bocchia, an avid supporter of the flavours of Mediterranean cuisine, has been working with molecular cuisine since 2002, the first chef in Italy. To understand the physics behind his dishes, Ettore Bocchia first worked with physicist Davide Cassi, professor of Matter Physics at the University of Parma and then with professor Vincenzo Brandolini of the University of Ferrara. In his two-fold capacity as both rigorous researcher and creative chef, Ettore Bocchia has paved the Italian way for molecular cuisine, and today is considered its master and highest authority. To avoid misunderstandings and possible exploitation, right from the outset he produced a short "manifesto" (*) that he personally follows rigidly and which summarises the principles which Italian chefs wishing to practice the techniques of molecular cuisine should adhere to: Innovations shall enhance, not destroy, Italian culinary traditions. New techniques and new dishes must enhance high natural ingredients and high quality raw materials. Italian molecular cuisine shall focus on nutritional values and the well-being of consumers, not only on aesthetic or organoleptic aspects. It shall achieve its purpose by creating new textures with ingredients chosen according to the above criteria, studying their physical and chemical properties and, based on these, designing new microscopic architectures. Compliance with these principles will lead to new, diverse and surprising taste experiences through the choice and combination of ingredients and consistencies, the use of heat and technologies. For this reason, both in the enhancement of traditional dishes and when creating new taste sensations, Ettore Bocchia excludes the use of chemicals or bizarre ingredients just for the sake of it, using only natural ingredients of known origin.
