1 SAUDI ARAMCO ANNUITANTS 27 th REUNION Ahlan Wa Sahlan to ORLANDO HAFLA 2010 Dear Fellow Annuitants & Friends, October 1 4, 2010 You and your families and friends are cordially invited to attend the 27 th Annuitants Reunion at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida. Saudi Aramco Hafla means a friendly gathering, a bash, a family get-together. Although there are so many outside activities and amusements in the Orlando area that can lure you away from the Reunion I would like the laughter, hugs, reminiscing and renewing old and making new friendships to be the highlight of your stay. The Orlando World Center Marriott is a five-star resort with amenities where you can relax in style. See If you wish to enjoy the other amusements in the area you can extend your hotel stay at the Reunion rates for three days prior and/or three days after the Reunion. The main events at the Reunion will be three nightly banquets with musical entertainment for your enjoyment. The esteemed Speakers from the Company will talk about topics of interests to us. In addition, I have planned an array of activities such as Golf, Tennis and Bridge Tournaments. Also, there will be a Sidelines/Exhibition Room, a Rockin Country performance, Quilt Exhibition, Simulated Sports Games. Among others, representatives from ASC Benefits, Metlife and Vanguard will be in attendance providing valuable information for us. All of us have always been so excited to attend these biennial Reunions, I hope this too will also be a successful and memorable Event. SHUTTLE SERVICE from ORLANDO INT L AIRPORT (MCO) TO MARRIOTT HOTEL: MEARS MOTOR SHUTTLE If you opt not to rent a car, Saudi Aramco Annuitants arranged special roundtrip discounted rates for you on the Mears Motor Shuttle transportation. Clip out the discount coupon (on the last page) and present it to the Mears Transportation booth attendant to receive Saudi Aramco Annuitants attendee discount of $4 off the round-trip fare of $33. Not valid for oneway shuttle fares. This coupon also applies to children (ages 4-11). Mears Shuttle runs 24 hours a day between the airport and the hotels, departing from the airport approximately every 30 minutes. To arrange your shuttle to the hotel, go to the nearest Mears Transportation counter on Level 1 when you arrive. All transportation will depart from Level 1. The counter personnel will direct you to your vehicle. Arrival reservations are encouraged but not required. Return reservations are required. One day prior to your return to the airport at the end of your stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott, make a return reservation by calling Mears Transportation at or book online. Please plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport. 1) you may print out your discount coupon (on the last page). Use it with no prior reservations. 2) you may download the url and make your roundtrip reservations & prepay your shuttle PARKING: Guests staying at the hotel pay a flat fee of $7 + tax per day, unlimited in and out throughout the day. Saturday, October 2: The photographer will be on-site during the Reception and Dinner to take pictures of singles, couples and groups less that 6 people. No reservations are necessary.
