2 The room rental for all meeting spaces includes the use of a beamer and/or an LCD screen to which you are able to connect your laptop. All meeting spaces have either a VGA connection or an HDMI connection for your laptop. Also, wireless internet and the use of a notepad and pen are inclusive in the room rental. All our prices are inclusive of VAT. If more microphones are required we will hire them externally and the price will be upon request.

3 If required, we can arrange floral decoration for your event. The decoration can vary from single flowers to large bouquets. Our florist can arrange a wide assortment of flowers in all different kinds of sizes and colours. For a customized set-up in one of our meeting rooms, we will provide furniture from an external supplier. For example, a lounge set or special high tables as well as many more options we can discuss further together. The costs for decorations are not specified in the food book. According to your wishes we would like to discuss the possibilities, colour schemes and costs.

4 Valet parking We would kindly like to be informed about the arrival and departure details of your guests. To make sure everything goes smoothly, it is important to know whether the guests will arrive as a group or individually and if they wish to make use of our valet parking service. The costs for valet parking are: 30,- first two hours (minimum spend) 7,50 every following hour With a maximum of 65,- for 24 hours For groups above ten cars, the valet parking will be outsourced. If desired, we can supply you with a quote. Porterage Portages fee will be charged for groups with 10 rooms or more. The costs for porterage are: Porterage one way 5,- per room. Porterage two ways 7,50 per room.
