2 Unique Retail Opportunity 200 Peachtree is a mixed-use project owned by Davisons Downtown LLC in the landmark former Macy s building on Peachtree Street in Downtown Atlanta. The project comprises 200,000 gross square feet, of which 130,000 has been developed as unique restaurants, premier special event venues, a conference center, co-working office space, and common space. In addition, 200 Peachtree contains approximately 70,000 square feet of undeveloped retail space fronting Peachtree Street and Carnegie Way. Davisons Downtown seeks an experienced developer of specialty urban retail to co-develop the retail space at 200 Peachtree. 2
