2 RED AND BLUE BADGE CLUB R&B CLUB The NAMM R&B Club is located below the escalator in Hall E Lobby and is reserved exclusively for red and blue badge holders, including manufacturers reps. This large, multi-lingual business center offers meeting tables, private meeting rooms, access, free limited copy services, language translators and a variety of complimentary beverages. A receptionist will also be on hand to assist Members with their business center needs. Only attendees wearing a Red (Exhibitor) and Blue (Buyer) Badge will be permitted in the R&B Club.

You will receive acknowledgments for reservations and instructions for managing your company s room reservations online. PLEASE REMEMBER: Have names, arrival and departure dates, and credit card information ready when making reservations! The acknowledgment number you receive after making reservations will allow you to manage each reservation on your own making all individual changes online. There will be a $35 cancellation fee imposed on reservations cancelled after November 13, Please don t miss the Anaheim Housing Bureau deadlines as these will not be extended. All room requests entered should be actual reservations providing the name, arrival and departure date, and room type for each person. If your status as a NAMM Member or exhibitor changes during the housing process, reservations are subject to change or cancellation. Reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting room rates vary and are negotiable. Your venue of choice will forward catering menus and specify deposit requirements. Neither the venues nor NAMM provide security or insurance for meeting rooms. Although every effort will be made to secure appropriate space for your request, NAMM is not responsible for noise interruptions created by neighboring events. Event space is reserved for Exhibitors who contract directly with NAMM for a minimum of 200 sq. ft. of booth space on the show floor. Sharing companies are not eligible. Exhibitors may not submit a request on behalf of another division or company. Exhibitors agree not to schedule tours, meetings, or other events that might reasonably be expected to draw attendance away from the Trade Show during any part of the official Trade Show hours. Event space is assigned based on compliance with all rules and regulations. Non-observance of these rules will jeopardize the Exhibitor s ability to exhibit at future NAMM shows and may result in immediate termination of the Exhibitor s Exhibit Space Agreement, cancellation of Trade Show badges, and termination of the right to exhibit without any refund or other liability on the part of NAMM. If the company status changes as a NAMM Member or Exhibitor during this process, event requests are subject to change or cancellation. Suites are reserved for Exhibitors who contract directly with NAMM for a minimum of 200 sq. ft. of booth space on the show floor. Sharing companies are not eligible. Exhibitors may not submit a request on behalf of another division or company. Exhibitors agree not to schedule tours, meetings or other events that might reasonably be expected to draw attendance away from the Trade Show during any part of the official Trade Show hours (without the advance approval of NAMM). Suites are assigned based on compliance with all rules and regulations. Non-observance of these rules will jeopardize the Exhibitor s ability to exhibit at future NAMM shows and may result in immediate termination of the Exhibitor s Exhibit Space Agreement, cancellation of Trade Show badges, and termination of the right to exhibit without any refund or other liability on the part of NAMM. If the company status changes as a NAMM Member or Exhibitor during this process, reservations are subject to change or cancellation.
