2 Holy Trinity offers numerous spaces available to rent. We have multiple rooms & 2 event halls you can utilize for your function. Wedding Receptions Wedding Rehearsal Dinners Showers Graduations Birthday Parties Retirement Parties Family Reunions Anniversaries Holiday Parties Sports Banquets Seminars Special Events Corporate Meetings Holy Trinity Highlights Convenient location on Chase Parkway, just off I-84; easy access on and off the highway, ample parking. Banquet Hall seats guests at round tables; Party Room seats guests at round tables. Kitchen available in both rooms to use for warming, refrigeration & counter space. Rental Procedures A security deposit is required to reserve either hall, concurrent with completion of Rental Agreement & signature. Full payment of rental charge must be paid two days prior to date of the event. The renter is responsible for all catering services, decorations, table linens, etc. Our hall is a Non Smoking facility. 2

6 MEETING ROOMS Holy Trinity offers numerous rooms to rent for your meeting, including group & staff meetings, club meetings and instructional courses. Rooms available to seat anywhere from 10 to 40 people in a classroom-style setting. Amenities include nearby restrooms & air conditioning for all rooms. 6

7 BANQUET HALL DETAILS RATE Seats up to at round tables (10 chairs each). Large round tables used first; if need be, smaller round are used to seat 8 in addition to large tables. 16 large round tables (6-feet diameter) 5 small round tables (5-feet diameter) 5 banquet tables (8-feet long) 3 cocktail tables (3-feet diameter, 41.5 tall) $500 Security Deposit $1,025 Room Rental Fee Security Deposit refundable 2 weeks following event provided user complies with all terms and conditions in written contract. Tables & chairs included in rental. Diagram of requested table layout should be received 1 week prior to your event.
