6 La Maison d Été offers you the choice between two different restaurants Located near the entrance of la Maison d Été, surrounded by lush greenery, our garden restaurant in all (covered and uncovered) can seat up to 65 guests. Our covered section can welcome up to 35 guests per sitting. Our main garden restaurant The east coast s ultimate gourmet destination. TTucked beneath a palm-thatched roof and furnished in wicker and hardwood, our restaurant s atmosphere will immediately strike you as friendly and warm. The dishes on offer are inspired by Mauritian cuisine and prepared with only the freshest of produce from land and sea: n Tuna Carpaccio with lime zest and confit ginger n Dorado tartare with vanilla and crushed pink peppercorns n Octopus salad served with a passion fruit vinaigrette and tender hearts of palm Our international wine list is carefully selected to be in perfect harmony with the various flavours of the menu.
